If you purchase just one appliance from Ritzmans you will never shop anywhere else for your appliances. They are HONEST, VERY KNOWLEGEABLE, DO NOT CHARGE FOR DELIVERY, DELIVER ON TIME, and THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY IS THE CHEAPEST AND FINEST IN THE AREA. My first experience with Ritzmans was 25 years ago. I purchased a refrigerator -- nothing fancy. I was prepared to purchase the extended warranty but Mr. Ritzman told me "This is a basic model and does not have a lot of computer chips. Save your money. You dont need the warranty." He was right. I never had a day of trouble with the refrigerator and when I sold my house with the refrigerator, it was still purring. After that I called them when I needed a cheap used refrigerator for the basement in my new home. That was 12 years ago and it is still running just fine. One of the other things I like about Ritzman’s is that they do not sell “junk”. I had purchased two, yes two dehumidifiers from two other stores. Neither dehumidifier worked for more than 3 months and one of them was repaired by the company and broke again within two weeks of the repair. Desperate, I went to Ritzman’s. I was not sure they were selling dehumidifiers but thought I would give it a chance. Sure enough, they sold a great model that was recommended by Consumer Reports. It is easy to operate, does not leak, and it is easy to empty. That was about six years ago and I have not had a day of trouble with it. The most recent refrigerator I purchased was a high end model. I had been to every store Milwaukee County doing my research and looking for a good model that was energy efficient. The sales people at the other stores did not know their merchandise or kept me on hold forever as they tried to find the answers to my questions. One store kept me on hold for 40 minutes! Also, the warranties were excessively expensive at the other stores. At one department store known for its appliances, their warranty was equal to 25% of the sales price of the model, bringing the price to over $2,000. My last stop was a Ritzman’s. Mr. Ritzman told me I indeed needed a warranty because all the refrigerators are run by computers. The basic price of the refrigerator was just a tad more than the other stores but when everything was added up, I SAVED ABOUT $400. Their warranty is very reasonable and covers everything. They DO NOT CHARGE FOR DELIVERY and DO NOT CHARGE TO REMOVE YOUR OLD APPLICANCE. When they delivered the refrigerator, they were parked out in front of my home 5 minutes ahead of schedule. I WILL NEVER SHOP FOR APPLIANCES ANYWHERE ELSE.

I went to Ritzman because I like doing business with independent business vs. big chains. I usually get better service. Well was I wrong this time. I bought a Maytag Bravo top loader washer and dryer. The washer is a high maintenance machine that puts lint on anything dark. I called Ritzman and told them my problem and they suggested I have their repair guy come look at it. He did and basically told us the machine is fine, use less detergent, use little, if none at all, fabric softener. Ok so we did and it didnt change anything. Put a few calls into Maytag (which is owned by Whirlpool now) and got no where. Called Ritzman and they said there is nothing they can do, they cant take a loss. I will never buy anything again from Ritzman. They do not care at all about their customers. Once they sell something they are hands off. They do not stand behind their product or do anything to make a customer happy once they have your money.

I ordered a washer and dryer from them in January. I had previously ordered a gas stove and was so impressed with their service. I found them highly knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and fairly priced. The delivery guys were outstanding and highly professional. They were very helpful in explaining how to use the appliances initially. The installation went smoothly. I thought their service was exceptional and I highly recommend them. They are a family owned business that I will continue to purchase from in the future. The whole experience was positive from shopping in the store to the delivery. Thank you so much.

Went in to price a washing machine on Monday, after going to 3 other stores and was very impressed with product knowledge and taking the time to inform me of different brands. Bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer and had it delivered on Tuesday. Delivery was very smooth, on time and they took the time to explain everything. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Will do all of our appliance shopping from Ritzman from now on!!!!! Dont waste your time going other places, this is the best. Delighted with my experience with Ritzman Appliance! I had to replace my washer and dryer and wanted a quality product and no hassle delivery and installation. Thats just what I got. Researched quite a bit and found the best price on a Speed Queen washer and dryer at Ritzman. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that delivery, new hoses, and haul away of old appliances was all included! Delivery and installation was smooth and quick. Will only purchase appliances from Ritzman in the future.

I went in last Thursday to look at their Speed Queen washing machines. Bill Jr. was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. He personally delivered it the next day, installed it and hauled away my old one free of charge. He was very professional and courteous. He called ahead of time to let me know he would be on his way and I told him I wanted the matching dryer too. I love my new washer and dryer. I highly recommend Speed Queen and Ritzman Appliance.
