BoConcept has been nothing short of amazing over the 6 years Ive been a client, furnishing a townhouse, two apartments and an offshore location. The contemporary Scandinavian designed furniture is well-built, comfortable and stylish, working well with other BoConcept pieces and accessories, as well as with antiques. What has really made the relationship work though, is the incredible customer service, from Julie in sales and interior design, to Calvin in the back office who managed special customizing when it was required. Top-notch customer service with the new team and great selection of modern furniture that is beautiful and functional at a reasonable price. Daniela who is our designer gave us a lot of wonderful design ideas for our space and really took the time to go through the design process with us. The new store manager Virgile is fantastic. We were nicely greeted by Virgile when visited the store. The staff helps you visualizing the furniture in your space using a 3D software, which is very useful. Daniela showed me different options, and advised me, while never being pushy. I took into account her suggestions, and I like what I bought! Thank you Daniela and Virgile!

High quality but way too expensive. They had the perfect contemporary dining chairs with customizable legs and leather, but at $400 per chair no thank you.
