Sales people are very helpful and skilled at taking your money. However, they over promise when to expect your order and are difficult to pin down when 4, 5, 6 weeks have gone by and still no furniture. They apparently cannot TRACK any of their orders and estimate a delivery date. Orders go to the black hole in south center where it can take 2 weeks to finally get your order scheduled and delivered as getting someone on the phone to schedule a delivery can take several attempts and then their schedule seems to be booked solid for at least 5 working days. Plan on calling many times about your order as It is up to the customer, apparently, to figure out how and when to get your merchandiae once you pay for it.

I am in love with Thomasvilles furniture! We just bought two sofas, a breakfast table and 5 chair set, and a large leather corner couch. We were helped by Will and he was amazing. He worked with us and was there for each step of the process without being over baring. Thomasville was our last furniture store we accidentally stumbled in and I dont regret it. All other furniture stores were like prey and wouldnt leave us alone to decide and talk amongst ourselves. Thats annoying when salespersons do that. Thomasville employees did a great job at not being over baring and let us roam around to see what we like and compared. Also their sales were amazing! Thank you Will! This is my favorite furniture store!

We ordered a coffee table in store. To avoid the $175 deliver fee, we decided to pick it up by ourselves. Three weeks later, their Kent warehouse left me a voicemail saying the furniture is ready to pick up. I tried to call them back many times, no operator answered the call and no one returned my voice mail. I finally called the Bellevue store to figure out the address and hours for the warehouse. Very disappointedly, we found the warehouse is open only on Tue to Fri, from 8am to 2:30pm. With so limited choice, I guess we need to ask one day leave from work to get the furniture. Weve bought many furniture for our new home. Up to now, this is the worst experience Ive had.

Horrible customer service. Designer who was working with us left the job and they abounded the customer. No one did follow up on furniture delivery and I had to call many times. I ordered multiple items and havent received all items yet. Its been more than 3 months. Coffee table arrived with scratches on top and sofa has fabric issues. I reported the issues and their technician visited the place. its been a month and still no update. No one answers the phone very poor follow up. Stay away for Thomasville.. dont waste you money and time

They are not knowledgeable about what they are selling at all. The quality is also poor - yet staff are pretentious. Drawers/dressers dont have smooth gliding metal rail extension but instead made of wood which makes it difficult to open and close. I will never shop here. Go to Greenbaum, Schoenfeld, or Kasala instead!

Omg I walked in and it was like heaven on Earth. I only spent about 100k. So I guess I went hard. My house looks like a Thomasville show case house. Thank You to everyone who helped make all these purchases happen. Its been a long time running but my house is amazing. Truly Thomasville has changed my life.

The worst furniture buying experience of my life bar none. I wish I had read these reviews before going there. They lie to you about when things are going to arrive and when they are late they lie again. Rude and totally incompetent. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
