The custom roses i ordered was not what i was expecting. I was very excited and anxious to see what the flowers would look like and i was not in ahh nor thrilled. They were mediocre at the most. I had talked to a lady and told her that i wanted four color types of roses mixed together and to make them look beaitiful. She said ok and asked if i would be picking them up i said yes next friday. However i emailed her back asking if it was possible to pick them up 1-2 days early she said sure just call and let me know. I called said Wednesday she said fine. I had my mom pick them up since i was working. When i got home and seen the flowers i wasnt all that happy. One of the roses looked nothing like the picture online at all and there was one color missing as i had asked for four different colors. For $150 i was expecting beautiful roses but i got my hopes up for no reason. Customer service is great ill give them that. I will use this company again and give them a second chance since it wasant a disaster, and my girlfriend liked them still which was good.

My best friend moved out to California six months ago. She was admitted to the hospital and I really wanted to get her some flowers to cheer her up but every where I called was too expensive. They were so amazing at working with my budget and helping me out! Especially with me living all the way in Indiana. I cannot wait to see the finished product and to put a smile on my best friends face. The shop was just absolutely amazing and so friendly on the phone! Definitely recommended by the good ole state of Indiana, home of the corn!

Flowers doesnt look fresh and they are not same as they look in their website. And customer service terrible. Very racist. When I was at the cash counter owner answered other customer so rude. I my self felt terrible with the way she treated . I wouldnt recommend any one giving business to this lady. I will not go to this place again. Customers - you deserve treatment from the businesses. Do not encourage business owners like these who doesnt even understand peoples feelings.

Called to get a estimated time for delivery. You would think the answer would be simple but instead I received HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Because I did not purchase anything the lady on the phone said " Whatever and hung up". Lol really ? Not recommended. Spend your money where employees actually care about customer service. I guess its their lost not mine. Thanks
