I have looked at the website (have not been in store) but the purport affordable cars, which is not the case. The cheapest is over 7k. If you are in a wreck and your car declared totaled as I am sure mine will be because the parts for it are no longer available on the market to make it safe to drive / pass inspection, you will not have enough to cover the cost of a replacement car, at least, not here. I will have to keep looking - I cannot afford anything over 1k due to accident injuries and issues with my employer. The sad thing is, I work 2 jobs (and will lose both jobs without a car) and could barely afford the car insurance for the car that will likely be declared totaled (if I shop here, my insurance will skyrocket from 160 to at least 300 a month because I just bought the possibly totaled car in November and it was my first car). The accident wasnt even my fault and the insurance company has declared that already (a driver tried going straight from a center turn lane and all lanes are turn lanes going in one direction).

Let me start by saying how much I detest dealerships...I loathe car dealerships with every fiber of my being. With that said, I needed an SUV with a new addition to my family. I called drivetime because of the commercials and how easy they make the process sound. Spoke with Kevin, told him how crummy my credit is and how I had no money down, just a trade in. He told me to bring a paystub and they would take care of the rest. Came in weary, sat with Jeff and told him my needs. He compiled a list of what they had that fit my needs and we started the test drive process. Two hours later and Im driving off the lot with a beautiful SUV that exceeded my wants and needs AND was within my budget. Totally recommend this place hands down. Jeff was awesome and matched me to a perfect SUV.

I purchased a vehicle from DriveTime in New Castle on Saturday. The entire process was fast and easy from start to finish. All of the managers were extremely helpful but I worked mostly with Matt and Michelle. Michelle helped me pick out a car that works for me that I love (2013 KIA Optima) with great payments and low mileage! The contracting was not like your typical long and drawn out process. Though Matt was fast and enjoyable (while cracking a joke or two), he was very thorough and left me with no questions to ask. You will not be disappointed with the service here at Drive Time. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and really takes out the time to help you find what you are looking for. I highly recommend this to everyone in need of a vehicle.

The salesmen here are AMAZING!!! Just when I thought there where no more good car dealerships...they showed me different. They went the extra mile to put me in the car that I wanted. I had been looking for a good car for weeks, and I have that now. With low car payments, and I didnt have to put much down at all!
