I purchased a buick SUV from them about a month ago and ever since the first time I walked in there I have had nothing but problems with these people. I first picked out the car I wanted and that I could get approved for. The salesman told me that he could take $1500 off for me but thats the best he could do... later I noticed he did that with all his customers. The SUV had not been through service yet but I test drove it and it drove fine just had some minor issues that they agreed to fix. So I gave them my deposit and waited for it to run through service. The car did smell like anti freeze when you opened the hood so they were gonna check that out. I continue to wait. It took them a few days to find out what was wrong with it. Every time I called to check on the car I got NO answer or NO call back. The salesman Vinny would TEXT me instead of having the decency to call me. They ordered the part it took them a while to put it in and I had to make special trips down there just to find out what was going on and it was like they were avoiding me. They then told me that the car had to go back to the auction because it needed more then expected but instead of calling me to discuss other options they waited til I showed up there and gave them no choice to tell me something. So i demanded my refund but they made me go all the way back to my house 30 minutes away to get my receipt. I did that and once I got back they decided to then tell me about another car which was almost the same but didnt have all the features as the other one but had less miles. I went through with it because I was without a car at this point. The salesman played the same pitch that he can knock 1500 off but thats the best he could do which would put it at the same price as the other but the other one had a lot more features. Then I had to make several trips back down there for them to replace the track in the window, replace the battery and get a front end alignment. They did pay for but it was 3 different trips I had to make. Then they sell it to me with 0% oil life and they refuse to change the oil. To top it all off I go and make my first payment and fill out the form for auto payments they call me the Monday after my 2nd payment is due and ask me when I plan on making the payment. I told them they were suppose to auto withdrawl it and she said she couldnt find the paper but would look and call me back if she couldnt find it. She never called me back so I figured all was good. No it wasnt I get a note in the mail saying they LOST the paperwork and now they want me to fax them another one. I just cant believe the unprofessionalism of this place and wonder how they stay in business.

First of all!!!!! TO EACH ITS OWN....IM A NEW CUSTOMER WITH COX AUTO GROUP......IF SOMEONE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH COX THEN GOOD FOR YOU, BY ALL MEANS LEAVE YA FEED BACK, BUT FACTS OR FACTS....SOME PEOPLE...AND NOT EVERYBODY GETS THE FAIR END....SO YES HERES MY TRUTH............ I had problems the first day I purchased my car. It was a red flag, but I was like i need of a car, and I liked the car. I had another problem later on.....3 months into my warrenty, which was for 6 months. I called and left messages with the service department to schedule a appointment to look at the problem. When I tell you I left messages literally for 2-3 months straight, and they never replied once!!!!! So unfortunately my car shut completely down on me in route to work. I left a message that day saying my car has shut down, and they still didnt reply, I had to use a friends car to show up personally at the dealership to give them the key to the car for towing. They said....Oh....Yeah.....We Was Bout To Call You.......I looked at them like after 3 months? So the warrenty ran out by a few days....a week or less.....again...I been calling and leaving messages for 3 months....when my warrenty was still valid.......Do you think they honored my warrenty....do to the facts I explained to you?.........please excuse my french #$@!@&*% NO.........Where they sent my car to get fixed....I called them and they said to me......Yes, Cox Auto Said That Your Warrenty Was Expired, And Its All Out Of Pocket.......Thats a %*&@!@$# shame.........Plus I set up auto pay with my bank account so that I dont have to worry, and they dont have to worry......they got their money on the wood every time, no hassle, excuses, promises, disappointments, nothing. So my moral of my story is I AM A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, AND COX AUTO GROUP DIDNT VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER.......TO EACH ITS OWN....BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO COX AUTO GROUP.....THEY IN IT TO GET PAID LIKE ANYBODY ELSE WITH A J-O-B.........THEY DONT GIVE TO RAT TAILS.....A FLYING CROCK OF BULL......THEy COULD CARE LESS.......ONCE YOU SIGN....THEY CHECKING THEIR PAYSTUBS MAKING SURE TTHAT PAY CHECK COMING UP RIGHT......!@#$%^&*() COX AUTO GROUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a car here over a year ago they told me to bring the car back when I was a little warmer because I bought it in February so I took it back in a few days later those kind of warm out because theres supposed to detail it and they told me they had no record of this also my sunroof has not been working since I bought the car they gave me a promise to fix and they still have not fixed it they also say they do free oil changes but the last two times and its taking my car to have the oil changed they did not change the oil filter which is guys who possibly could make your car blow up not changing that they didnt change it cuz its too much of a pain in the butt to try to take everything off to get to it the reason I knew I was not changed is because I decided to have my husband change the oil and oil filter was disgusting the cars transmission starts slipping right after I got the car theres nothing if they can do about it apparently also everyone there is so unprofessional the worst place Ive ever bought a car from they said around and cussing and being rude and Im listening to get money from you they are very ignorant people there the sales manager looks like hes on heroin or crack thank God I only have one and a half more years to make payments on this car hopefully my car last till then and I would never buy another car from these people ever again worst place ever one time I went in to make my payment at 4 oclock in the afternoon they said I could not make the payment because the system was down and they would let the finance company know what was going on so that they wouldnt shut my car off I left there took my kids to the grocery store came out of the grocery store and my car would not start they shut my car off for non-payment so here I was in the parking lot in the freezing cold with A2 year old and A4 year old not even able to start my car absolutely worst place ever do not buy a car from here please look at the reviews from people that have both cars were here theres a reason why they have one and a half stars and probably have 0 stars but you got to give at least one start over very shady
