If I could give them a 0 I would. I bought a car from them back in March of 2014. When we bought its tires were dry rotten and little care had been taken of it but we needed a vehicle badly so we got what we could. In April a month after purchasing the car when the weather had warmed up a bit we tested out the AC and it didnt work. Took it to Deals on Wheels and they refused to recharge it and said we should have checked it when we purchase it. It was snowing the day we bought it so we didnt think to test the AC and according to them the extended warranty we paid for still didnt cover that kind of repair. The vehicle price was 10000 and we put 2000 down. Called a few months back to get a balance and was told we owed 4300. After making bi weekly payments my calculations took us down to 3500 so I called today and found out my balance miraculously went up to 4400. We noticed some grinding in the front end so thought it was the bearings were shot. Had the vehicle towed to the garage only to find out that the tires that were on the vehicle(deals on wheels refused to change the tires so we just dealt with what was on there till we had the chance to change them but didnt get there since it ended up needing to be put in the shop) were 4 different sizes and that the ball joints were so bad that they were damn near falling off. Because of the 4 different size tires the transfer case my also need to be replace which is going to cost 300-400 in labor cost plus the 1500 or more for parts. I will not recommend this place and highly discourage anyone from ever purchasing from there. They sold us a vehicle that the repair shop said should never have been allowed to be sold.

As a sales person in the auto industry, I would refer clients to "Deals on Wheels" (DOW) that were unable to obtain financing at our location. This past experience, showed me that I would not want to send an enemy to this facility. After completing a transaction with a client that had traded a vehicle that was previously financed by DOW, I contacted the dealer to request the title to said vehicle. They told me I would need to wait for two weeks for title release. That seemed normal to me, as I am sure they wanted to be certain the final check cleared. Upon contacting the dealer the second time, requesting the title, they informed me that I would not receive the title unless our dealer either paid them $265 for a tracking device that was on the traded vehicle or return it. I informed them that the vehicle was junk and picked up by a wholesaler, to which they replied that they didnt care and would not release the title until we paid them $265. She then became indignant, condescending, and subsequently hung up while laughing with her colleagues. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS OR ANYONE. JUST SIGN HERE AND PAY 5XS MORE FOR A VEHICLE THAN ITS REALLY WORTH!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

EVERYONE DO NOT BUY any car from this dealership, any branch whatsoever. They are thieves and need to be sued and they need to go to jail. They know there are problems with the engines of the cars they dubiously sell to people and then they sell it. DOW give fake DMV pass inspection certificates. They override DMV and those fools (DMV) pass the inspection of bad cars with bad engines. Regina is the sole called boss and she reaps people off their hard earned money. Do not even finance your car there. They are all crooks. I paid 4000 plus in cash to these thieves and they sold me an almost knocked out car with a bad engine. They are all liars. They do bad, dirty businesses by extorting money from innocent customers. Do not go there at all. Do not buy any car. Do not finance.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND BUY FROM SOMEONE TRUSTWORTHY. I financed a 2003 Buick LaSabre in which I didnt intend on getting because I was supposed to get a truck. I was making my payments and when I knew I wouldnt be able to pay all, I made arrangements with the main boss because Steven was very rude and doesnt know how to speak to people. Steve and Tina purposely put my car on the Repo list and Reposessed it so that It would be even harder to get it out and pay it off. I have been having problems with my car and everything. Do your research Before you Sign, and if you still want to do business READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LIFE AWAY!

This is the worst delaership along the east coast. They conned me into getting my POS Suzuki Reno claiming there was nothing wrong with it. Check engine light was off and everything, when I drove off the the lot the light came on but nobody could figure out the problem. They told me it was fuel efficient, I looked it up and apparently it was decent on gas but there must have been a leak or something because I was only getting about 13MPG in a hatchback -_- when the car started giving me serious issues after 3 months they said the warranty didnt cover the issues. Now I have a 2006 vehicle with only 84,000 miles on it sitting in front of my house with a blown engine!

These people are so unprofessional. I get a call from an associate name Steven on 5/21/16 telling me that the sales rep that sold me my car accidentally gave me a tag that that reported stolen and I need to give them back asap. Keep in mind I bought my car 2/10/16 and Im JUST NOW HEARING ABOUT STOLEN TAGS. He then proceeds to gps my vehicle and send somebody to remove the tags leaving me with no car to drive because they cant give me a temp tag. Called on Tuesday 5/31 and spoke with the most ignorant woman in life that hung up on me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I also went to the dmv and filed a dealer complaint

I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership because once the sales representative gets their sale they could care less about you or the car that you drove off the lot. The care and concern that they showed you prior to the sale quickly evaporate because it was just a charade to get another sale. Beware of the smiles!

While on a call with Bryan from finance, he says to me apparently you people cant read. I asked him who are, you people, and he laughed. When I asked why he insulted me, he said oh well. I have had no problems with DOW prior to this. I would not recommend going to them ever, if they continue to employee individuals who make racists statements

Came in after a recent repo, knowing my credit was shot i got approved. Yeah i payed a stupid amont for a 00 and dont get me started on the interest rate but it is what it is, my suggest to people is to be smart have the vehicle looked at by a 3rd party or go with someone that knows what to look for
