I bought my Second JEEP at BRANDYWINE CHRYSLER on Kirkwood Highway Saturday August 22nd. Its a beautifully maintained and well serviced 2014 WRANGLER 2 Door Sport. My salesman Nico Amarando was awesome, He saw me make a bee-line for the vehicle I wanted that morning After seeing it listed on CarGurus for the first time (they hadnt even had time to take a picture). I checked it out Friday night before they closed, and I knew I wanted that jeep. I had been looking for a Wrangler with particular features, at the very best price I could find of course, for about 8 months. I had gone to every Delaware dealer, 2 in Maryland, 3 in PA, just to see their inventory. Online, CARGURUS, Ebay CarFinder. I would walk lots after hours and on Sundays just to avoid the sales pitch I test drove a vehicle at the New Castle dealer, but found their pricing to be higher than anywhere. CAR GURUS listed some of their Deals as "high" and "over-priced" (they were) Months before buying, I had gone looking at Brandywine and never once did a salesman pressure me but just answered my questions. I got a business card each time and they always were pleasant and confident about their vehicles. After checking out the Jeep friday night, Next day I went right for it and after 10 minutes Nico was out there saying he noticed how purposeful I was. We took a test drive with it and answered all of my questions. Everything Nico said that day and all the staff from brandywine had told me over the past half year looking at jeeps turned out to be spot on, out of every dealership in Delaware Maryland and PA I visited, that is the ONLY dealership I can say that about. I wish I could remember the guys name in the credit dept, he was awesome, I hope management can figure out who he is and recognize him for a great job that day. My First jeep we bought from a friend an old 98 Laredo. We had a recall item worked on and it was done quickly without issue Ive bought simple parts for the Laredo and when I was not sure about something the parts guy came out and complimented how good the old 98 looked. Weve had the keyless entry re-programmed and other things done, but each time made to feel like a valued customer, whether or not we were spending money or just asking questions. No one looks forward to having to go to the dealership for service to their vehicle, however my experience there was smooth and I know when I have to bring in the jeep I am 100% positive they will take care of me I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the vehicle and the service from every employee, sales-rep I encountered the entire time and every time I was there every step of the way. I will be driving a jeeps now forever. My last vehicle was purchased at the same dealership as the previous two. I plan on making Brandywine JEEP Chrysler dodge etc etc on Kirkwood Highway my dealership for life. THANKS GUYS! Happy Jeepin! Mark Kurtz

It seems these guys have no integrity. I would not want any consumer to go through the same experience I went through. We did not even get to SEE or TEST DRIVE the car we signed a premium priced lease contract for. On top of that, we signed it under an unusual sense of urgency that made us feel like we were under pressure. We were deceived by being sold on one number and being told we were getting the best deal, and then they closed the deal on a totally a much higher price. They spent 15 minutes selling the car on a lower number, and 5 minutes closing the deal on a higher number. In fact, they just rushed us through the whole process even when we requested for a night to think about it. The deal was beneficial for their own for their own security. WE GOT RIPPED OFF. They focused on their own vested interest and their bottom line, which never helps a businesss reputation in the long run. They dont even realize why this is wrong.. on a lease contract valued approximately ~$32,000 (~$17,000 guaranteed) and telling us they used all the discounts in the world to bring the price of the Chrysler 200 S vehicle down to approximately ~$26,000. To tack on an additional ~$6,000 ON A LEASE?? Bad credit or not, they screwed us over. They have created a horrible sales culture at Brandywine CJDR, in which they have NO INTEGRITY and no genuine intentions of addressing the problems and concerns of their customers. FAIR WARNING TO ALL: I WISH I NEVER bought a Chrysler. Considering that we were RUSHED and pressured through our sale, considering that we REQUESTED a night to think about it, and they pushed us on a contract paying $473 a month for a Chrysler 200 S that was supposedly discounted to almost $25,000, its clear they mislead us into the wrong vehicle. As advertised on their website for well under $473 a month on a 36 month. I honestly wish we had a fair chance to actually drive the vehicle and think about the decision we were being rushed into. In hindsight it also gravely concerns me how much this experience resembles predatory sales practices. Once they have your money, and the contract is signed, they dont care about you. BEWARE. This is not where you want to buy your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or RAM

i usually have my vehicle serviced elsewhere but i had to bring my Jeep here to address a recall for my ignition so i decided to have my power steering looked at as well since it had been leaking. They replaced my power steering line and addressed my recall same day with no problems. Everything was great until about a week later when i lost all power steering on my way to work and noticed a loud noise coming from under the hood when the a/c is on as well as a burning smell. I scheduled an appointment via their website for the next day i would be off which was very easy and user friendly and also had a space to add comments on what i needed fixed. I made my appt for 7:45am so i dropped my jeep off overnight expecting that the service would be as speedy as the last time i was there as i made it days in advance. I had to call at lunchtime to see what was going on with it and they hadnt even looked at it yet. i get a call that they needed to replace the faulty line they put in but couldnt determine what was wrong with the a/c until it was replaced. oh and they couldnt do it until the following day leaving me without my truck for another day because they put in a faulty part. next day i get a call that the a/c is fine even though when they pull it around its screaming under the hood and the same burning smell. sure its blowing cold air but there is CLEARLY something wrong. to top it off i have a piece of trim around my shifter that has become loose so i left a note on my dropoff ticket with my key to be gentle with the loose trim. well whoever drove my truck must have jammed it into park because it was completely broken off. something i have managed to keep in place for a couple weeks until i get the chance to disassemble my entire dash to fix. well i guess they saved me the trouble right? the only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they are friendly. as for getting my a/c serviced i will be taking it back to my normal mechanic from now on. they are only getting two stars because they are friendly.
