My experience at the dealership was great, they were friendly and personable. I can say that after leaving the lot with my vehicle making a humming noise and me notifying them, a cracked windshield that I was told would be replaced and it wasnt, a ripped rear wiper blade and a leak in my return line. Also not being notified of a recall on my emissions in which my vehicle wouldnt have passed inspection based on the emissions alone ( I found the recall out by another dealership). Im more upset that this place allowed me to leave their lot with my TWO small children in a vehicle that realistically if that wheel bearing was to go, we would be in trouble. I dont even care at this point what the warranty says...I was sold a vehicle with a safety issues that ultimately will lead to other issues down the road because they will not replace it.

I will NEVER buy a car from On-Trac Auto Sales. For the past several years they have run a commercial that directs people to bring their tax RETURN to On-Trac Auto Sales and apply toward the purchase of a car. Now theres a new commercial that says the exact same thing. Im not going to bring my tax RETURN there. Im going to file it with the IRS. My tax RETURN is the form that I file. The money I get back is my tax REFUND. I will never trust a business run by people who do not know enough about finance, money and taxes to know the difference between a tax RETURN and a tax REFUND.

Charged me over 12,000 dollars for a car you could buy on Craigslist for under 3,000. Not only did i drive it off the lot and the windshield wipers didnt work I had to change the breaks within 2 weeks and then the hoses and belts within a month and the tires within the same month, the refused to take any responsibility for selling me a crappy car and are now trying to sue me after repeatedly illegaly repoing my car. Good luck to anyone who uses these scam artists.

Purchased a Chevrolet Impala from this dealer and have been very happy. Very good price and financing options were as good as any large new car dealership. Staff was very professional and definitely will purchase from again when in the market. Much better experience and saved money dealing with On-Trac over the local new car dealerships.

Gave them $200 deposit 3 weeks ago Didnt get the vehicle I wanted have very hard time getting my money back patience has worn thin will never ever approach them again for a vehicle and they are awful although otis leach was a decent sales guy if you do need a car I suggest you talk to him

Other than the bad-mouthed mechanics and their tire screeching out back, this is an okay place to buy a car. Just understand your going to pay more if you dont walk in with cash AND know what the car is really worth.
