Mr. Brown evaluated my needs, not focusing on my wants. He re-directed my practical thought process & told me to shop around. I did shop around which, was a waste of time. I returned & purchased one of his recommendations for me. I experienced a mechanical issue after the warranty expires & he took care of the issue without any charge. Mr. Brown is an "old fashioned" & honest man. I will continue to purchase, with confidence, from Mr. Brown. Im in good hands.
