After traveling around to two others I looking forward to this Disney Store. However when I walked in the cast members were so rude. Whenever youd walk toward them to ask a question theyd walk away. Ive been to my fair share of Disney Stores but this one was the biggest disappointment ever. I walked out without buying anything because it didnt seem like they wanted to be bothered. It was too much trouble to check me out. It wasnt like they were busy either. I was the only one in there. So so disappointed in the customer service. This was not Disney quality. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My experience at this store today was terrible. The guy called by ‘Gene’ is very rude my husband was before me he paid with out any question and when it Was my turn he asked me for my ID I asked why he said he has a right to ask anyone he likes my husband is white and I am brown we confronted him but he seems unbothered I like Daniele he treated me and my baby for her bday with surprises and her special so g before heading to Disney world two weeks ago. This guy needs to be called out. Disney is the happy place for kids not for unprofessional racist man like you.

Came here because the last time we were here they left one of our items out of the bag. All I had to prove my side of the story was the receipt from two weeks ago so I didnt have high hopes. Not only did they refund the bag that we paid for but didnt get, they also ordered the bag for us at no cost and had it shipped to our house. They were really nice and did everything they could to help us out. Awesome, thanks.

The male worker whom I believe was the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone. Wouldnt go in there an shop knowing Id be supporting attitudes like that. I see why this store stays empty at times.
