Alright guys so this will be a little bit of a long review but stick with me. Also sorry for not posting this sooner to save anyone else from a terrible experience. I had originally called Audi Mendham to make an appointment for a simple alignment and tire mount and balance and was also told i could have a loaner vehicle for the day to meet my schedule(which was nice). a week later i showed up for my appointment early in the morning and when i arrived i was told there wasnt a loaner car for me but i could drop the car off and come back later in the afternoon to get one. (I live an hour away so what was i going to do walk home?) Annoyed at this point i was just going to cancel my appointment and chalk it up to a wasted trip but the service manager said he could get one for me( appreciated the help). When i got the loaner the car was a little dirty but a dirty car was better than no car at all. Not to bad of an experience so far but then....... Later that day i received a message from the service writer telling me that the alignment could not be done because the front suspension was damaged and that was why the tires wete wearing so poorly in the front. NOW THIS IS WHERE I STARTED TO LOSE RESPECT FOR THIS DEALER. the week prior to my service i rotated the tires myself because they were getting extremely low and i needed them to last till my appointment. and in fact the front two tires were wearing very evenly and just the rear were wearing poorly on the inside. Now i did forget to mention this to the service writer when i droped the car off but if they even bothered to put the car on the alignment rack they would have seen it was infact the rear was bad.I told the writer who called me this and he said he would call back again later. The next day he called again saying that it could not be done due to the car not havibg powersteering (bad powersteering rack, it failed just a few days prior to my appointment) Now if you know anything aligning a vehicle you do not need powersteering to do so. So very mad at this point i picked the vehicle up before the shop closed but unfortunately no service writers were there. I left a message asking for them to call me but no one ever did. BEFOR YOU THINK I AM JUST A NO IT ALL CUSTOMER I WOULD LIKE YOU TO KNOW I DID ATTEND OHIO TECHNICAL COLLEGE FOR AUTO MECHANICS AND GRADUATED WITH A 90% + AND WAS ONE OF THE TOP STUDENTS AND WORKED FOR VOLKSWAGEN FOR TWO YEARS. MEANING I DO KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. I later called the GM and sent and email to him about my experience, but i was never contacted back. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY SHOP OR ANY BUSINESS EVER. Hope this helps somebody before they make the mistake in coming here like i did.

Awesome Experience. We decided to take a ride to Audi of Mendham late one evening just to get another look at the Q7, after visiting another audi dealer, our mistake for sure. When we arrived Lauren was right there, she sat down, talked with us and went thru everything to get a solid understanding of what we were looking for and what type of inventory was out there. After about an hour we left, knowing two things, that we were going to cancel our contract with the previous dealer and that we would be back to lease our car with Laura and Audi of Mendham. She found us exactly what we were looking in short time and was able to set up the delivery of the car in short order. When we arrived to pick the car up, early Saturday morning, Lauren gave us a thorough walk thru of the car and all its systems, she is extremely knowledgeable about her product and was quite patient with us as went thru it all and asked quite a few questions. She even offered us another "lesson" if need be once the plates came in. Frank in their fiance department handled the paperwork smoothly from start to finish with no issues, pressure or up-sell to purchase any add-ons etc. Thank you for that. We were properly introduced to their service staff, chatted a bit with them and went thru what we need to do to set up service appointments and secure a loaner car, if need be. The overall experience here for us has far surpassed any that we have had in the past. Audi of Mendham is not some goliath auto mall, they are a dealer that makes you feel at home, completely relaxed, the center of attention as you make your way thru the car buying process and provide you a top rated experience. I would encourage you to visit them if you are in the market for an Audi. Lauren and the team here are true professionals and make the car leasing/ buying experience one of the best you will ever have. You will not be disappointed.

I have bought a fair share of cars in my life both for myself and family since Im good at it. Buying a car is usually a contentious affair because, in my experience, most car dealers do not have the customers best interest at heart. I travel a lot and rent a lot of cars. Having driven probably 100 different models/years/trims in multiple countries over the past ten years Ive come to know exactly what I want in a vehicle. I had done my research, settled on a used A6 Prestige and knew down to the tires what should be included. In other words, I can be a difficult customer. Lauren helped me to find exactly what I wanted and never made me feel like I was doing battle. Not only did I get the car I wanted, but I got a great car with low milage for a great price. It was a very busy day while I was there and Lauren actually helped multiple other customers while never making me feel like I was anything other than the most important person in her day. She even offered me a way to get better value from the purchase in a way that I would not have considered on my own. Probably the only downside of Audi Mendham is that it is a very small property so I had to wait while the cars I was interested in were delivered from a warehouse. Honestly, though, thats a minor thing since the dealership is mere minutes from the center of Mendham. If you cant stay occupied watching TV, reading magazines or playing the X-Box they have in the service waiting area, you can walk downtown and get a slice of pizza while you wait. Bottom line: I would absolutely buy another Audi from Audi of Mendham and I would probably insist that I deal with Lauren because the experience was that good.

I have been a loyal customer of Audi Mendham since 2012. It was then I first met Lauren Saccone. My husband and I recently moved from CT to NJ, and, at that time, researching possible Audi dealerships. We are avid Audi owners and were looking to trade in my current Audi (Q5) for a new Audi Allroad. My first impression of Lauren was how knowledgeable she was with Audi’s. She was determined to get me the car I wanted, but did not pressure me into buying unnecessary “add-ons” that I didn’t need. She was thorough and professional, an extraordinary salesperson, not what my husband and I were used to! She found the exact car I wanted, set up the lease, gave me a great deal on the car, and NEVER stopped asking if there was anything else she could do for me. Lauren truly made an impression on my husband and I, even after she sold me the car, we continued to stay in touch. She always goes the extra mile for me; she is a true inspiration to all sales people and a genuinely caring person. I believe Audi of Mendham has found a shining star!!
