Ordered 6pack and 3 additional online, what I ordered wasnt what I received. After immediately contacting someone from Insomnia cookies over the phone the person apologized, reordered the cookies I wanted and assured me that my corrected order would be re-delivered to me as soon as possible. The cookies a NEVER arrived, my family and I waited up all the way to 3am for the cookies we were promised. We will not buy anymore items from this business, we will recommend them to others, they do not appreciate their customers business and they lie to their customers.

Warm tasty cookies, but you better like your cookies on the soft side if you want to eat them just after purchasing, as they keep them in their warmers until bought. I like eating them once theyre cooled and hardened a bit. Twice I have ordered a double chocolate mint cookie only to bite into it and realize they gave me a double chocolate. Their cookie cakes have a good bake. Bonus that they have late delivery hours.

Every time I come to Athens I always get Insomnia Cookies. My favorite is the peanut butter, they melt in your mouth. I always receive great customer service as well. Allison is THE BEST. I visit Athens because my best friend lives there. Allison is a familiar face, and always so kind when I come. If I dont make a trip to Insomnia, my trip to Athens is incomplete.

Went into insomnia cookies to get a box of 6 traditional cookies. They only had 3 traditional flavors. How are you a cookie shop without cookies. It is finals weeks and this is prime time to make money, but you guys didnt have cookies. They didnt have chocolate chip cookies which is the most traditional cookie ever. Im sad.

I just cant buy it...literally. I know I sound like a crotchety old man, but its just too much $$$ for what you get. I love cookies, especially the warm ones with milk and ice cream, and theyre really, really good, but I think next time well do something different where we get a little (or a lot) more for our dollar.

Have an extreme sweet tooth? Craving a warm, gooey treat late at night? This is your place. Best cookies in all of Athens, and you can even get a cookie-wich with ice cream in the center! So many options and always fresh out of the oven. This is a must if you are in the area.

My group arrived here around 11 and somehow they were out of half of the cookies they offer. Theres a lot of hype around Insomnia but if you arent a cookie fanatic, its more of a special (though possibly lackluster) treat, especially at their prices.

Incredibly overpriced...Ive never had their cookies and they might be good, but two small cups of regular grocery store ice cream with one topping was $10!! Unreal. Not a lot of places to sit and the space isnt very inviting nor were the employees.

Cookies can be expensive considering they dont taste much different from what you could make at home or buy anywhere else. Cant just get a cup of water, but you have to buy the overpriced water bottles. Clean place and employees are nice

These cookies are amazing. Everytime I have dinner downtown, my husband and I always walk over to insomnia for dessert. Always warm cookies, there selections just isnt very much. The also have milk and ice cream to go with the cookies!

Theyre a little expensive for cookies if you get the fancy ones but the upgrade is sooooo worth it! And where else are you going to get quality sweets at 2am?! The smore is my favorite but all are good. This place is awesome.

Oh my god soooo good. Almost went into a sugar coma but definitely worth it. Best cookie sandwiches ever. Huge cookies pulled straight out of the warmer and filled with cream between. So amazingly good. And they deliver!

Its a cookie shop that serves warm cookies on the spot and delivery. The specialty cookies are great any other cookie is just another cookie. There can always be a good wait here but it takes less than 10 min.

Insomnia is a great cookie place that caters to the late night college crowd. They have a decent selection of cookies with ice cream and milk. Everything taste great and its a popular place to bring friends.

One star for the chocolate chunk cookie!!!! Dont get stoned and regret this decision. The sugar cookie is terrible and the snickerdoodle is AIIIIIGHT. Cookie barn is where its at.
