Okay, this breakfast is worth the visit IF you are into Bahn-mi. They make a ham and egg bahn mi that has all of the Bahn-mi layers of flavor (nothing pickled) and with the beautiful bread, is wonderful. I have fantasized about my return for this breakfast since. Dreaming about it with the wonderfully nutty thick coffee that they make fresh...yummmm. It comes in the usual Vietnamese metal single serve drip container which they let "brew" while they prep your food. And a real plus is that when I walked in at 7 am - only one in the place! it was a private quiet spot to gather myself. Im sure I just caught the place in a lull as this place is absolutely jumping during lunch service. For lunch I have eaten their pho many of times. It is tasty and it is a staple in our pho rotation. But it is the breakfast that has really peaked my interest to return and try more items. Like others have said, part of the charm of this place is the wonderful couple that owns it. You can really feel their love in sharing their food. I am definitely a fan.

so Ive ordered here before, like I can count the number of times on my hand that Ive ordered from this joint. Ive experienced bad service here before where they never sent my order out, I waited 2 hours & finally someone showed up. This time somehow my order was sent to the wrong apt, when I called to inquire about my cookies the woman on the phone Bridget to be exact ensured that my cookies would be nice & warm upon delivery. When the delivery guy dropped the cookies off they were cold....not only that but he didnt have my Ice cream.......he handed me the box & I simply asked "where is the ice cream?" he then stated "oh she didnt mention anything about ice cream being out for delivery" but it clearly states on the receipt that there was ice cream with the order....so he goes back to the store but returned with the ice cream a hour later... Ill never order delivery ever again. Ill save myself the trouble & drive up there cause their delivery service sucks.

It took an hour and a half between the time our order was placed and when it was delivered. The cookies were decent; the ice cream had gotten kind of soft by that point. The main issue was that they didnt deliver part of our order, and the customer service is handled at a central call center. The agent said she would email the store, and that theyd have the remainder of the order delivered as soon as possible, with no mention of a refund. She emailed us a coupon for free future cookies, but with the stipulation of making a purchase. By close of business, it hadnt come. Our first and likely last time ordering here.

I have ordered from them 5 times now and every time they wowed me. Cookies are always warm, soft and delicious. Delivery drivers are always nice and they are always timely with delivery. Tonight I chose pick up instead and they were ready before my pick up time. Many different options. They have a pretty sweet loyalty rewards deal as well. Ice cream you can customize to youre liking as well as ice cream cookie sandwiches. If you havent tried them yet you should.

On a positive note, this place is very convenient because they are open late and they deliver. On the other hand, getting a warm soft cookie is a hit or miss with this place and they often mess up my order. Also, when you order online theres only one option for milk then skim milk shows up at my door? Ew. The cookie recipes are okay. Nothing out of this world. I would have like to seen a fluffier cookie overall.

You figure if a place charges 2 dollars for a 1 inch diameter cookie it must be a pretty good cookie. Well thats not the case here at Insomnia cookies. They taste like a kid in high school who just learned how to bake made them. Do yourself a favor, take your $2+ dollars to the store and buy some cookie mix and make 4 dozen cookies for the price of 1 at insomnia,. .

They were very rude and lazy and unorganized. I ordered cookiewiche Togo and they put that in a box I asked for cup but the employe said we dont do cups . Who eats icecream out of a box!? Quality is so bad compared to their prices ...

This has been a great experience with getting cookies here! I love the M&M cookies and they almost always have a batch ready. Granted its in college town so its always busy but hey, I cant be mad about that.

I ordered my cookies online at 8:54pm, didnt get my cookies delivered until 9:42pm. They were cold and soggy. When Im only a 3 min drive away!!!
