Absolutely could not have asked for an easier car buying experience!!! Nichole was purely amazing!!! Previously went through a buy here pay here gig in town & it was a very bad 1st car buying experience indeed, so naturally I was a bit hesitant for the second go around.. Nichole was very reassuring throughout the entire process and worked diligently over several days to find great financing for the vehicle that I wanted! Second generation Rightway customer, & I will for sure be back for my next vehcile!!! Anybody looking for a great car buying experience, whether its your 1st car or your 10th car, you should definitely go in & see my girl Nichole here! She will hook you up! Great experience with Nichole Frick! She helped get me into a beautiful almost-new car, then also helped my son get into a car. We have just recently gone to her and gotten help with a third car purchase. Shes great to work with, very personable, always with a smile on her face, does everything she can to help, and answers any questions fully. She exhausted all resources to get my son into a vehicle despite his average income and poor credit, and was able to get loan approved, vehicle picked, and papers signed all within 24 hours using the credit rebuilding program. Shes an exceptional person to work with, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to get a vehicle to ask for her at Rightway in Bay City! I recently purchased my second car through Right Way Automotive of Bay City. First, I searched the website and submitted my information. Nichole Frick promptly contacted me through email and phone conversations. She was very pleasant and easy to work with as I provided information that she needed. Nichole was able to obtain AMAZINGLY low financing (that I never thought possible!) for my dream car! When we made the trip to Bay City, the 2013 Malibu LTZ was in front of the building and she had the keys in hand for a test drive. The paperwork for the sale was ready and in order and she explained each item as we went along. Nichole didnt try to push a sale just to have a sale. She really cares about helping people and doing the best that she can for them. I am so grateful for her! I love my new car and feel at ease with purchasing my car from her. Great job, Nichole!

The whole process starts out great. Ive always been able to get approved. But Im tired of buying the car and then dumping a bunch of money into it to keep it on the road. Between my payment and the cost of repairs that you dont get much help with gets a little steep. Im on my second car already. The first one didnt last until it was paid off. So I had to trade it in for my second car. By the time the remainder of the last car got rolled into the new loan I have overpaid my car by a great amount. Great service, but be very careful what you buy. As for my second car. Its been nothing but problems. So again. Im fixing a car that was poorly cared for. All on top of making the hefty payment each month. Not very happy.

Nicole and the team at the Bay City location were amazing! I came in with a 94 Chevy G20 looking to get into a new car. As a travling Comedy Hypnotist I needed a car with great MPG, low miles and in great condition. Well, thats exactly what I got! 2015 Chevy Equinox LT, 30 MPG, 20,000 miles AND still has the full manufacture warranty. I am so grateful for all their help getting me into my new car and working within my budget. If youre looking for a new used car, Id highly recommend Rightway Auto of Bay City! Especially if youre like me, self employed and deal mostly in cash payments. They were able to find a bank to work with me.

We dont write many reviews but we read a lot of them so keep this in mind when your reading ours. We even confronted them on some of the reviews. My car buying journey started about 8 months ago when I was looking for a reliable, dependable vehicle. We were done driving a junk undepenble family vehicle. We Found rightway an talked with Russ. Russ was patient and friendly! We drove to bay city on 1/14/17 not knowing that team would be able help us purchase a vehicle that day! Theses guys took our vehicle as a down payment and put us in a nice 2013 explorer with no money$ down !!

I will never deal with anyone but Nichole Frick! I had an accident and still owed quite a bit on my van but needed a different vehicle. I came right to Nichole with the adjusters info and asked her what can I get and she worked magic and I was able to walk away that day with a car I only dreamed of owning! She bends herself over backwards to help and is really understanding of a laypersons finances. Trust me, go see Nichole and prove me wrong!
