Terrible took my 09 dodge ram in for service to look at transmission issue tech took for test drive and the called me and said something in the motor went -drained the oil out - estimated me a price of $9700 for used moter and rebuilt tranny and labor but in the same conversation told me that they were unable to tell me if the tranny was bad they dont repair them they just replace them but was more than willing to charge me for a rebuilt oneI found one for. Less miles motor and trans 3700 +900 for labor less then half what dealer would cost talked to Kevin service managerand talked to general manager nothing denied everything there was nothing wrong with the moter drove that truck to Grand Rapids the day before with no issues actually made the comment to my wife watch there not gonna find anything wrong with the truck when we dropped it off because it wasnt acting up not the news I expected them to tell me hey we took your truck for a test drive now you need a new motor

3:30 in the afternoon and my Chrysler Town and Country sprung a leak in one of the hoses! I called nd spoke to the mechanics at Slingerland dodge and without hesitation the told me to bring it in! One look and Jay Miculka the mechanic who took care of my van knew exactly the problem they had the right part installed it and I was back on the road by 5 p.m. They were all wonderful and I felt like family!
