I was greeted by Troy at my truck with a smile. He took the info he needed along with making a couple notes from of concerns; trany oil and radio updates. Truck was filthy and I told him he did not need to wash it as we just got into Michigan and it was a mess. While waiting, the young lady that was doing housekeeping, got 3 of us customers popcorn and a few minutes later a water - what a sweetheart. It was turning towards lunchtime and Troy disappeared. Little did I know that HE was washing my truck and when he brought it around he was sweating. Another great experience. Florida does a terrible job - just saying!

Lori immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed right when I walked in the door. I can honestly say that I have NEVER received such all around amazing customer service in any service industry. She and her employees were kind in their conversation, knowledgeable of their craft, and creative in getting me the absolute best deal. I come from a Ford family so it was nerve racking to change it up a bit, but I can really say that this is where I plan to call home for a very long time. Young Owosso deserves an Encore. ;)

Salesman, Ted Robinson was excellent, professional, friendly, gave me good advice on leasing an Encore vs Verano. Good experience set everything up on my car and explained all the functions. I also got a tour of the facility and very friendly greetings and responses from the personnel in car service department. All the paperwork was efficient and timely as well. They are professional and I trust them to check everything over when I come in for an oil change and tire rotation. They try to get your vehicle in and out quickly and I LOVE that they wash my car afterwards. I LOVE my Buick Encore and they make me feel good about taking care of my vehicle because it is important to me so they take good care of both of us!
