Dont buy from Cantoni in midtown Atlanta. I recently bought a very expensive leather sofa from them. Salesmans name Mercedes Williams. Before buying the sofa i explained that I had two cats and worried about possible rips. They said it would not be a problem if I bought their warranty, so I did. Needless to say the inevitable happened and I got a scratch. When I called the warranty in they informed me that pet damage was not covered. Incidentally this is never mentioned anywhere in the paperwork or brochures. So, I went back to the store and the sales persons resolution was that they would just refund the lousy $200 warranty. Shame on you Mercedes and Cantoni. Very poor business practice to lie to people in order to make a sale.

I bought several pieces from Cantoni and have been very pleased with them as well as with the help and service I received in making my decisions, in answering my questions, and in handling shipping and in one case, a return for an item that did not fit my needs after all. The people I dealt with over the phone were responsive and always pleasant. I live out of state, so had to do everything from the website and with the salespersons advice and information. The question that accompanied this review request asked, "Would you recommend Cantoni?" My answer is "I already have. Many times."

I appreciate the fine craftsmanship and beautiful artistry in Cantoni Products. I especially love the modern zen designs that will last a lifetime. I enjoy working with Designer Kohl Sudnikovich, hes a professional that understands designs around family living. Kohl is easy to work with, I sent him blue prints and as builts for two different projects, then photos of what I was interested in, and he recommended superior designs for my home and office. I highly recommend Cantoni in Atlanta, Georgia and Kohl Sudnikovich!! Thank you!

Following her guidance, we were thrilled with every item we purchased, and completed our home with the perfect look! We used Cantoni for the second time in under 2 years when we moved to a bigger home, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

The quality isnt what you would expect from a high-end vendor like Cantoni. The frames of the sofa and ottoman were not the same, the heights were way off. This was nothing like the floor models that they had in the store.The customer service In Dallas is pretty bad as this whole process has taken months to resolve. I would not recommend spending Your hard-earned money on this overpriced furniture.

Brian is the bomb. Totally knows what he is doing, we ordered a couch two weeks ago, got it last week and couldnt be happier! Its awesome! The price cannot be beaten. Youd pay the same at IKEA for a piece of crap and without a bed inside. Im just really impressed with the comfort level and the care and Brians overall knowledge. Were so psyched. 1700 bones and its more comfortable than our bed, yo!
