1 star is too much. We were browsing for furniture while our house was being built, and I fell in love with a hutch that matched our dining table. I really wanted it, but we didnt have the certificate of occupancy on our house, not a finished dining room. The sales person kept pushing us to buy it that day. We explained the situation, and she told us that they would hold it if we put money on it. We told her the house wasnt anywhere near ready to move in and she assured us it didnt matter, that all we had to do was pay on it, and call them when we were ready. Well now the house is done (though the finding room floor not quite finished) and now they say "ohh that piece has been discontinued and its no longer available." We had just spoken to someone 2 days prior to make sure they had the piece because we were working on the floor and wanted to make sure we could pick it up soon and she told us "yep, no problem." Even called corporate who wouldnt give us a supervisor because they "dont have their number" (craziest thing Ive ever heard). Bottom line: lying sales people just to make a sale, rude (the rudest) customer service, and the poorest "policy" ever when it comes to satisfying customers. Cant wait to see them go out of business.

Alright, ASF had some nice furniture for me to choose from and the lady who helped me was very nice. I thought I everything would be perfect with my furniture and there would be no problems... But that is all I have had! Their customer service SUCKS. horrible. They delivered my things, and didnt even set it up properly. Then it took a week for them to fix it. Okay, thats it right? But wait!! Theres more! I finally get that set up, and its damaged.. all scratched up. I was told it should take 3-5 business days. Not bad.. Except their 3-5 business days actually means two months. I regret buying from this company... I like my furniture, but they are very unhelpful and careless. And the "owner" that replies to these bad reviews... Im not going to contact you VIA facebook. Come on now.. Its not like youd fix the problem anyways. In my opinion... Go somewhere else. Somewhere that has employees that care about their customers and appreciate your business. I found the perfect bed and mattress set at this store that I was excited about. When I didnt get the delivery call the day before it was supposed to deliver, I grew concerned and called the store to see when I should expect it. Despite the delivery date being clearly labeled on my receipt, the store said they had no record to deliver! The best they could now do is deliver it in 4 more days! In the back story to this, I had been living in a hotel for over a month and getting a bed was somewhat of a highlight for me. The store told me there was some type of system issue but they could do nothing for me but offer a $75 gift card to the store. REALLY? I was losing because of some computer issue and a $75 gift card was the best they could do when I had to stay longer in the hotel or go buy an air mattress because of a store error??? I certainly did not feel like a valued customer. Good customer service and competence keeps customers.

I have been their customer for years and have bought several pieces of furniture for both my business and my house. 2 years ago we purchased a sectional, last August one of the recliner stopped working. We placed a call for them to come and repair. Technician came and looked at it and said that we need a wire of some kind and it will take 12 weeks to come (that was in September of 2015). We have made several attempts by going in the store and talking to the manager but no one calls us back. Apparently they dont make that wire anymore. According to our contract if they cant fix it they are suppose to replace it. The most horrible customer service weve had from the Morrow store. We have called and went in to the store several time to ask about our progress and no one returns our phone call. I am sure this review will also fall on deaf years

My experience was awful! The sales person Sharon messed up my order so they delivered the wrong thing and because I had to take off an additional day to wait for delivery, she said they would credit my account for $100. That was 4 months ago and I still have not received it. I paid my account off so that I would not have to pay any interest on the 120 days same as cash, now they are saying that they dont know if they can not issue to the credit to me in the form of a check. Terrible customer service! Buyer Beware! Customer service just called me July 31, 2015 and they are issuing me a check for the credit. I appreciate that but I should not have had to wait 4 months. They really need to work on customer service. Customer Service should be #1.

Sales associate and assistant manager, they do not keep their words. Appreciated their help, but telling me things that they cannot keep, and in the end tells me that they did not say such things, not very pleasant. I had to cancel all my orders, and I get another email with receipt stating that Ive purchased another mattress today. Deal was good and appreciate their effort, if they kept their words, or at least have provided compensation in anyways for their mistakes, we would have gladly accepted it and kept the purchase. Make sure to have everything in writings or recorded. Double checking, triple checking with them verbally does not secure you of anything they tell you.

DO NOT BUY THE UNITERS WARRANTY from American Signature Furniture .....It is a TOTAL SCAM. American Signature furniture is cahoots with this lowlife company and I would not doubt they are getting kickbacks for preying on customers. When I called the Southlake Location & spoke to MITCH for money back he said he cant refund the warranty and Uniters denied my claim. I had you in mind to buy furniture in the very near future but it was divinely meant for me to find this out today. Well played, 2 of a kind Lowlife thieves! I cant wait for you to go belly up and you will because people are not going to stand to be ripped off. Your gig will be up very soon

Wes is THE MAN.... He provided great customer service and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. My wife called and asked about a particular piece of furniture and rather than having her wait on hold he promised to call her back, and he did just that. This was the last one in the Atlanta area and he got it for us. We wound up doubling the amount we intended to spend and Wes was there helping us the entire time. Great service.

We went to this store to get a chase lounge chair, sofa, and love seat. Everything we wanted wasnt going to get here until next year 2 months later, although the sales associate was nice it didnt make no sense to advertise all these items and nothing is available.
