Our wedding flower order was small, which didnt deter Patty, the floral designer, from taking meticulous care with it. She listened to my ideas and made up exactly the flowers and colors I wanted for the wedding party (bridal and matron of honor bouquets and coordinated boutonnieres for the men). When a potential problem arose with one of the flowers about 10 days before the wedding, Patty let me know up front and proposed an alternate bloom. As things turned out, the original lilies were just fine and tied together our other color accents perfectly. We picked the finished flowers up on the way to get ready, and they stayed fresh and cool in the packaging provided until the 4 oclock ceremony. It was a hot day too. When you dont have alot going on, any missed details become much more obvious. Brittany Flowers missed nothing. Our flowers were perfect and absolutely the finishing touch that completed our micro-weddings special look.

Our daughter wisely selected Brittany Flowers to provide all of the flowers for her wedding and it was really beautiful. The colors were various shades of blue and lavender, not an easy request for a March wedding but Brittany Flowers acquired and designed them with tremendous skill and creativity. Move Out Seattle

As a small woman-owned business myself, I was so happy to choose Brittany Flowers of Kirkland, another small woman-owned business! The flower arrangement was absolutely EXQUISITE!!! Although she had a ton of orders that just came in, she was early delivering them to the hospital for my friend who just had a baby, and it made my friends whole day. Even the nurses commented on them and said, "Wow! Someone really loves you!" I would highly recommend!! Thanks, Brittany!

I ordered a monthly delivery of flowers for my wife. After about 4 months of deliveries, the delivery stopped. I called to ask what happened and they first said they were "low on flowers last month". After not accepting that answer, they admitted that they forgot. I cancelled their service but neglected to get a new one started right away which ultimately led to me being in the "dog house" with my wife.

Great customer service and super nice!!! I had special requests for same day delivery and to have doggie treats added to the order and they made it all happen!
