I love to support local businesses, unfortunately, my experience with Bothell florist was incredibly disappointing. For my wife and Is seventh anniversary I purchased the Telefloras Pink Pink Bouquet - Deluxe (which was just under $100!) - i normally would not mind spending this much if I knew that it was something that would last more than a week... The flowers were beautiful and smelled amazing when I picked them up. I was excited to bring them home to my wife. She absolutely loved them. My issues and buyer beware is the length which these flowers stay beautiful and fragrant. Yes, I was sure to add water each day, but not to much, and after 3 days to trim the ends back just a little. Even doing this proved to be pointless. Within one week, closer to six days, the flowers were noticeable wilted and were not nearly as vibrant as when I first purchased them, despite having taken proper care of them. I understand that this will happen but for the price and care taken they should last longer than that. I have purchased numerous flower arrangements from Safeway (yes Safeway) that have outlasted these by weeks, at a fraction of the cost. It is incredibly disappointing when you spend that amount and take proper care of them to have them be outlasted by a Safeway arrangement that was around the same size. Truly, I do not like to provide negative feedback, but this was just not acceptable to me as a paying customer. I know the number of positive review that haven been written, but I caution anyone looking to purchase from Bothell florist (or emerald city) to consider the value proposition of how much you pay (for a similar product) and how long they last...

Terrible customer service. I wanted to order a corsage and boutineer for the upcoming senior prom. I noticed all the good reviews online and felt Bothell Florist would provide a nice product. My daughter was unable to come with me due to scheduling issues so I brought a photo and description with my phone. The corsage was a basic wrist one with sweetheart roses and blue delphinium. The sales lady didnt want to listen to my request and processed to lecture me on the variations of colors in nature. She stressed that you get whatever they send when you place an order and she couldnt tell me if it would be light or dark blue. I understand flowers all vary but asked if she could request some darker hues because the dress was a deep navy blue. She was exasperated with me and kept explaining how delphiniums were not a dark flower.. So I asked if she had another flower that would be better and she had no suggestions. I was frustrated at her lack of understanding and left the store without placing an order. I will NEVER go back as they do not seem to listen to their customers at all!

I ordered a beautiful basket online last night (8pm) to be delivered to my sisters coffee stand and made a note in the special instructions that she worked from 5-11. I am always skeptical when ordering flowers online, so I called them this morning to confirm they would be able to deliver them on time due to my last minute order. The guy I spoke with was so nice and friendly and immediately knew all the information of my order. He said he was keeping his eye on the order and confirmed they were currently finishing the basket and It was the first delivery on the list for the day. He made me feel like he honestly cared about my order, which was great. Definitely will be ordering from them again! Great Customer Service!

Flowers were ordered by phone from another state. They asked a series of questions and the end result was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. Usually when I get flowers Im grateful but a little sad that they dont really match my taste. This bouquet took everything I would have wanted and put it into the perfect combination of flowers and colors. Absolutely stunning - the best bouquet that I have ever received BY FAR. On top of that the flowers lasted 10 days!!!

I went in on a Saturday morning to order a nice bouquet of flowers for my son and wife. The florists running this shop were very pleasant and promised to surprise my family with a nice arrangement, since I had nothing specific in mind. We set up same day delivery which worked great. The flower arrangement was beautiful and it still is fresh. Ill definitely buy more flowers from them. I recommend talking to Chris, if youre not sure what you want to get.

I called around noon to order same-day flowers for my moms birthday. I gave the woman on the phone my color preferences (fall colors) and price range (60 dollars) and got one of the most stunning flower arrangements Ive ever seen. It put my (much more expensive) wedding bouquet to shame. Definitely know where Ill be getting my flowers from now on. Quick, courteous, excellent price and absolutely beautiful product. A local business worth supporting!

Her work is beautiful an her ideas are one of a kind. I strongly recommend using Bothell florists and asking for Katy. She can work with any budget and is very caring and passionate about her job and the work she produces.

Beautiful, stunning arrangements-two weeks ago for my birthday, and today for my co-workers birthday! We will be forever using The Bothell Florist, and Ill be recommending The Bothell florist to my daughters, who order for me quite often. The flowers are very fresh, some of mine from two weeks ago are still beautiful. Excellent, friendly, fast service and delivery.

Booster Volunteer

These guys rock! They are very professional and community oriented. This is the second year they have provided short stem roses to the Canyon Park Junior High Music Boosters for fundraising opportunities. The roses are trimmed and tubed and ready for us to sell. I have also used this florist for my personal needs and find they provide excellent arrangements.

5 Stars!!! Excellent customer service on the phone, delivery and design! I requested a "designers choice" for a friends special birthday. She called to tell me she was thrilled with the arrangement; even going into detail about the use of texture, color, flower choice and even the foliage! Web site said open till 5:30. I pulled up at 5:00, got out of my vehicle just to have the doors locked & open sign flipped to closed. Im from out of town, (oregon) so Im not to familiar with the area, but looks like someone else is going to get my business whenever I am in town, which all my family lives here, so I do make many trips to bothell.

I ordered flowers over the phone. The lady was great on the phone and designed the flowers to the way I wanted them. Delivery was fast and the flowers look like they will last over a week! Even the delivery guy was super nice when he delivered the flowers. I would highly recommend them. The cost is worth it!
