Got the worst Valentine flowers I have ever received. My husband ordered an arrangement from FTD for $65 and I got a pathetic basket from Adrians of daisies with a few lilies - only one of which was open, two bent irises, neither of which were open, and a few unopened carnation buds. When he showed me the picture on FTD of what he had ordered, I was stunned. What I received was NOTHING like it. FTD refused to refund the cost because Adrian refuses to take responsibility for the mess they delivered. OH, and the remainder of the lilies and irises died before opening - despite getting watered daily. I would have been mad if my husband had spend $25 on this mess - spending $65 was infuriatingly insulting. All in all a pathetic experience and neither FTD nor Adrian cared enough to make reparation. Too bad the lowest rating available is Poor-Fair, because I would have assigned Execrable.

The woman on the phone was pleasant, and I felt good about the order until my brother sent a photo of what they made. They got an additional star got same day delivery to the hospital down the street. I was incredibly embarrassed by how cheap the bouquet they made was. I asked for a nice bouquet with peonies, the florist suggested hydrangeas and roses too, I said that sounded good. She says bouquet of that size stay at $50. Fair enough. What did they send to my sister in law on the hospital with my brand new nephew? Six stems with lots of leaves. They sell gorgeous bouquets 3x the size at trader Joes for $9. So upset I didnt read reviews first.

We ordered a bouquet through 1800 Flowers. And received the bouquet from Flowers by Adrian. Not impressed at all! Can get prettier bouquets at a grocery store and for wayyyy cheaper. The flowers didnt even look like the picture. Customer service wasnt any better...i called 3 times talked to 3 diferent people...all suggesting diferent ways to solve my problem. And none of them followed through. I was stuck with the flowers....paid $80 and I could have gotten something way prettier for $20 at the store. So disappointed.

My wife went to the hospital and I wanted flowers at 10:00am Picked them up at the earliest time I told them I was going to want (window 2 hrs) them . They were finished and what a lovely arraignment Mr. Adrian made for my wife. Colors perfect. I has always been this way. I couldnt imagine any legitimate customer saying anything disparaging about their work. Most perfect.

I ordered flowers using a major floral website and Flowers by Adrian was the floral shop that got the order. It was beautiful, same day delivery, and the flowers were fresh and are still as beautiful as when they were delivered a few days ago.

OMFW.....I ordered a $50 bouquet online through FTD and what I got was $10 worth of scraps delivered by Flowers by Adrian??? NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
