I have been tried to stay good or supported business owner until today I have to speak up for all to learn. Yesterday was my birthday, I went home from work and expected the gift from my husband. We both were sad, disappointed and upset at the Lawrence The Florist in bellevue. This is third time I am disappointed before I am writing this review. The delivery was sent to my apartment and I was not home. I receipted an unknown call without the message (wonder who called me and how can I call back). There was no note at the door neither as USPS if they missed me and wanted me to pick up my stuffs at the office. We did not know what was going on with the gift. Where was it at when My husband who is living in Vietnam, sending a $200 gift received a confirm email said "It is successful delivered". As this type of service that I would like to say the service is NOT PROFESSIONAL. In the past, I received bad pineapple, cheese with the expire date tag was tore off (in this case I got my money back)....but It is too much for me to writing this today. Sorry that we are giving up this business after many time trying. Van Trinh

Ordered flowers to congratulate a friend on a new job. I asked for white calla lilies which they didnt have and was told that they had "nice pink ones" as another option. I was then told that I could make it "pop" by adding roses to the bouquet. What I received did not say "congratulations" at all. Instead, it looked more like I was offering my condolences with a funeral bouquet. They charged me $200 for a bouquet that garnered no attention and no "wow factor" from anyone in the receivers office. And to make matters worse, when I called to express how unhappy I was they told me I could "have the receiver return the flowers to our store and then well send something back out." Oh yes, that will make him feel VERY SPECIAL, bringing back a shoddy arrangement so he can exchange them for another bouquet. I dont recommend this place, based on the quality/value of what we received and the unhelpful nature of the staff. We had high hopes and were entirely let down. I wont recommend this to friends and our office wont be using them anymore either.

My mom is a huge fan of flowers, and really appreciates receiving a bouquet whenever an occasion arises. I usually head to places like Costco or Safeway for flowers because of the convenience, but often found that the flowers at those stores dont last very long, and they look pretty generic. Imagine how thrilled I was to learn that there was a florist right across the street from my local Safeway! I went in, took a peek around, and asked if they could help me arrange a bouquet to congratulate my mother on her dance performance tonight. I dont know much about flower arrangement, so I answered a couple of questions (color and price range) and let them decide on the arrangement for me. Its absolutely gorgeous and completely exceeded my expectations for a custom arranged bouquet. I will definitely be coming to this shop again and highly recommend that others give them a try as well.

A few weeks ago I was on my way to a meeting when I remembered a long-time client was going in for surgery that day and I had wanted to send her flowers. I called Lawrence the Florist (first time customer) and explained the situation - the woman who answered the phone was able to help me pick out a suitable flower arrangement within my budget and deliver that same day - all in about 5 minutes of my time over the phone. The other day I met with the client and she thanked me for the flowers and couldnt stop commenting on how beautiful they were and how long they lasted (almost two weeks!). I will definitely go back to this business the next time I need any kind of flowers delivered - they were very knowledgeable and very friendly.

I came in to order a bouquet for my wifes birthday and got it delivered for a very reasonable price. The shop is Nice and open with plenty of arrangement to view and the florist was happy to make us a custom design based on pricing and general preferences. The result was a beautiful, brilliantly delivered base of gorgeous flowers.

I purchased flowers from this shop several.times and despite the higher price, I keep.coming back for the same reason...the flowers are always last forever, the arrangements are so unique and beautiful and there is no comparison to any bouquets you will ever have from markets or other florists in the area!

Ive always bought custom bouquets from them. Every time I go in, I give them a price range and a general idea of what I need, and they do their thing. It looks like all the bad experiences were from people who ordered online or did get a chance to see what they were paying for.
