My family has sent all of their floral business to Sandy Country Florist for over 28 years - two weddings and floral arrangements for family members for every special occasion. In August, my daughter was in communication with Sandy Country Florist owners by phone, and in person, as she was dealing with the loss of her father. She was treated with a complete lack of professionalism, as was her grandmother who called in to order flowers for the funeral. When her grandmother put in the order for a funeral arrangement, she was asked very personal questions about the details of the death of my daughters father. Her grandmother made several attempts to divert the questioning back to ordering the flowers, but the owner continued the interrogation in an attempt to get as much information about the deceased as possible. It made my daughters grandmother very uncomfortable and devastated my daughter when the information was passed along to her. It was completely rude, offensive, and unprofessional. At the funeral home, the driver / owner spoke of another recently deceased person in full hearing of the arriving guests which was both inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional. Nothing was resolved My daughter phoned the owner to share her concern about the lack of professionalism and was treated with disrespect. Her concerns were not addressed, and the owner became quite defensive during the conversation. I went in to address the problem directly with the owner, explained the situation, reminded her of my familys repeated business over the years, and asked her if she would be willing to speak with my daughter again to restore the professional relationship. She took my daughters contact information, said she would think about it, and possibly call her or send a small bouquet as an apology. This never happened. We tried to address the situation personally and directly; because it was never resolved, I felt that it was important to let other customers know of this egregious lack of professionalism.

I live in the Midwest and I needed to send flowers to a friend in Sandy. I asked for a specific color and type of flower and the florist I spoke with over the phone did the rest. I didnt get to see the final floral arrangement until it had been delivered to my friends place of work, and it blew everybody away. The floral arrangement was georgeous, they did an absolutely amazing job.

called and ordered flowers in the am for deliver in the am, never happened, had to call three times, the last time the lady hung up on me. i would recommend never using this company---terrible service-the delivery address was not even a mile away--if you care about your loved ones--do not call this shi---tty company...it will be a waste of time and money....................

I live in San Diego, CA and called Sandy Country Florist around 10am asking if they could deliver a birthday bouquet before 2:30pm that same day....they made it happen...and the bouquet turned out beautiful!!! Really great customer service and reasonably priced. Thanks Sandy Country Florist!

Nice displays and arrangements. But if you order a dozen red roses, make sure you get all of them. Paid for 12, only 11 in the bouquet. I brought this to the attention of the owner who told me he would take care of this. Its been over 2 years ago and he has yet to deliver.

This is a real "home-town" florist... personal, friendly folks - beautifully arranged flowers.... and they deliver! A very nice experience if you are walking in to order your flowers too - located in a beautiful historic home - very charming.
