Everything was great at first. I have bad credit. They managed to sell me a car under finance with a good apr rating.. I bought an Infiniti Q50 2014 with 15k miles on it and also got extended mechanical breakdown warranty. Beautiful. Sounds good so far right? Only a week after driving the car with much love and care avoiding every pothole of hell possible, my axle breaks off. Wait it should be under factory warranty right? Only 2yrs old and 15k miles. Factory warranty is 4yrs and 60k miles. Well i tolled it on a flat bed to an infiniti to fix it... They said "hell no get out of here. The wheel hub and axle is all aftermarket and we are not going to warranty you". Turns out they are right. The wheel hub isnt oem and cheap after market. On top of that the axles isnt the right size and also poor quality... So tell me Baha Auto Group why did you sell a car thats bound to break? I know you put the aftermarket parts on it because no idiot owner would have it fix by a non factory service center because the car is under warranty. Are you stupid? Did you inspect it before you bought it? You didnt see anything wrong and took it to an infiniti dealer? Terribly stupid. P.S THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS A SCAM.

I was recommended this place thru my partners dad and recently visited AND bought a car here at baha auto burbank location. We were absolutely satisfied with our service from john. We thought we were going to be bombarded by sales personnel all throughout our search but john let us see our choices and also gave us some extra options surfing on the web for our new car. We found one that we absolutely loved and made the process of driving it out of the lot very smooth. I had to work that afternoon so john and ali in finance was BLOOMIN awesome he made it possible for me to be able to get out on time to make it back to chicago on time. I would recommend this place to everyone, my mom already knows where to go for her next car !! Thank you baha auto !! In love with my car !

They provided me with outstanding service and were so nice. I was able to confidently pick out a car that I absolutely love! The employees are all so nice! My sales rep john was awesome. He was very helpful and determined to get me the perfect car for me. My finance manager Ali was great too. he was very nice and quick to getting all the paperwork finished and the finances handled. The manager of the dealership Musa was nice. He went around greeting every customer and asking them how their days were and wishing them luck on finding a car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking into buying a used car, which is definitely the way to go now a days!

DO NOT DO NOT!!!! buy a vehicle from this place. They do not get there cars checked! They simply get the car detailed and put it on the lot. So IF you consider even putting yourself and/or loved ones in a vehicle from this lot PLEASE have your own mechanic check it out, do not let them refer you to a mechanic. Also I Will add that they do take any and every type of credit you can imagine, Which is unfortunate because they end up screwing you with a high interest as well as hidden fees and it will only set you back. If you consider purchasing one of these vehicles after you have your mechanic check it out of course. Go through your own bank, Do not trust them!

This place only sells you the car they want! They also are scams! They lie to finance places, they give a whole different information ; for instance they told me that my loan was for 48 months but the finance place had said it was 60 months. They also lie about how much i give them for down payment without my authorisation; that was a way for the sales person to get a higher commission. They call me in to return them the car a week later. While we was there they try convincing us to try to get a new loan. The good thing we turn our back & went across the street to Hawk Chevrolet dealership. Luckly we got approved with a nice suv.. : ) so never again to baha

The price was among the best in the nation for the car that I was looking for.The salesman (john) was great. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the buying process, as well as the dealerships philosophy. He did not TRY to SELL us anything, but was there to assist if we wanted to make a purchase. I would recommend baha auto group to others, Another thing to be mindful of is the fact that this dealership has people coming from all over, and its swarming with buyers. The buying experience is not like your typical dealership. Instead of having too many sellers hounding customers, you have too many customers vying for the attention of a seller.

My father and I arrived late on a Friday, in need of a car but not exactly what kind. John greeted us and asked how he could help. We told him what we wanted out of the car and he told us some options and brought a few cars around for us to look at. We then came back that saturday and called john to let him know about the cars we wanted to try out. Those cars ended up not working for us but he was extremely accommodating with a great attitude and worked hard to find us the car that would work best for us. We eventually found a car that we really liked for a great price and bought it that day. It was a very pleasant experience.

Being a first time car buyer was one of the most stressful things Ive done in recent memory. Until I walked into baha auto group and met Musa. His great customer service got me through the process with little to no stress and into the perfect car. The financing was great and a real pleasure. I was able to take the car to a mechanic for an inspection, once I got back I was out of there in under an hour. I went there to buy a car and none of the carfax were clean after they told me it was clean and one owner Dont ever by any cars from them they all been hit and they have a shop on north ave where they fix all there cars and the owner will smile to your face with his fake smile just to sell you one of there broken cars and its all fraud and dont trust them with your information when you apply online they Will have your information sitting on the table front of everyone just like I saw mine be careful sending them anything

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from baha auto, and again we were very pleased with the experience (a 2011 MDX in late 14, and now a 2012 328i). The sales person john was helpful and professional. The finance professional ali was quick and had the loan completed with a minimum of fuss. We came in knowing what type of car we wanted, test drove two, selected one, and bought it. Well done baha auto and we have already recommended you to others, which is always worth more than a favorable review.
