I had purchased my very first car in One of the many Dealers caroulet has and it was a horrible experience. I have been waiting for my payment book or a bill on the mail since I bought this car hoping they would sent me one like Verizon, Comed or like the Water bill gets in the mail and my hopes are gone I am making payments without knowing how much I owe to this company. I have gone to their office located in chicago (total finance) to make a payment and I ask one of the girls to give me my balance and she was really rude she told me I had to call to ask for it . I had called last month the 23rd of march and ask how much I owe to them and the girl that answered my called said she couldnt tell me my balance that the only thing she could do is send me a statement with all the payments Ive been doing over a year, since that day I been waiting on the mail for that statement. Then when I purchased my car I had already sign a contract like twice because they made a mistake on the first one and Total Finance had approved it but car outlet would still bother me to go back and it was every single day they would call me or my husband. Finally I went to see what they wanted, so when I got there car outlet said I needed to sign the contract for the 3rd time because if I didnt they would call the police on me, I am young and I fell in their trapped and I sign the contract again without knowing that Total Finance wasnt asking for it, they at the Car outlet dealer wanted me to sign again just because they messed up for the 3rd time. I was HUMILATED, MISTREATED, ROBBED, and FOOLED by this company I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. I am paying double for a Honda that has more that 150000 miles AND $24.99% APR more that $22,000 which has a lot of little pieces missing. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND IT .... PLUS THE 2 GIRLS I BELIVE ONE OF THE GIRLS NAME was maritza and the manager in the location I went are so disrecpecful NO No NO.

FAKE FIVE START REVIEWS!! (Proof at the bottom). (Los review de 5 strellas son falsos y creados por ellos) No compren ningun carro de este lugar!! los van a robar. My mom bought a car from this place as a gift for my college graduation. She got it on credit from the same company. I can’t begging to list everything that was wrong with the car. The car was worth 7000 and they sold it to her for about 11000. The spare tire was for a different car and did not work on this one. I had to change the alternator, fix the water pump, 4 tires, electrical and other things within the first two years. If you can, stay away from this place. They keep calling me to sell me more cars. I already told them I would never buy anything from them again. I am still getting calls... And as you can see all of the five start reviews are fake or from friends and family of the sales people. Here is the proof! Here is a list of all of the fake reviews (Probably created by the sale people). These accounts only have one review and no other information on their accounts (They were created only for the purpose of this review) all other look the same just click on their names. I can place all of them due to a limit of space. but there are only 4 reviews that are not fake. Why would you cheat people like this?? This is a reflection of you personal attitude... I work in IT I can get a lot more details. Also I already reported you to Google. I would take those fake reviews down if I was you.

My neighbor who speaks English as a second language bought a minivan with 150k miles on it for around $13k (actual cash value probably closer to 4k). He showed me his paperwork because he needed help with his payments. The interest rate is almost 25%. There were thousands in extra fees. They spread out the down payment over a couple of weeks to get them into a more expensive car that they know they cant afford. There was a wage assignment agreement in the contract to take money out of his paycheck if he didnt pay (in IL you can nullify these, FYI). There is a GPS installed in the car to aid in reposession. To top it all off, there was a binding arbitration clause to keep the dealer out of court. Basically the contract was completely tilted in favor of seller in every way conceivable. This is what predatory subprime auto lending looks like. Its basically giving financial cancer to those who need help the most. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS.

Came in with our 1year old son, searching for a small SUV as we are expanding our family this summer. The sales women Theresa , was very polite. Greeted us as we pulled in, acknowledged our son and asked us what we had in mind. Upon completing paper work like any one year old, our son became impatient. She offered snacks and drinks, a coloring paper with color pencils , as well as other staff members. They began to help pre occupy him they brang balloons and even went as far as playing peek-a-boo. They warmed up the cars before we test drove them & even helped do a side by side comparison of all vehicles to help us decide. After negotiation we agreed on a price and they got our paper work done in no time. They explained to us every policy . Loved this place. They were very flexible and understanding ! I defiantly recommend this for a first time buyer

Im just a regular guy with bad credit needing a car in a bad way. I come here off the recommendation of a friend. At this point Ive considered getting cars from other places but either the car was not of good quality or the price was absurd. Gabriela was the sales person to make first contact and at this point I had enough with sales people. She finds me a car fair price gives me fair monthly payments and spends 4 hours of here day making this happen. This was beyond a job for her she actually cared. I understand that my credit was my fault but having someone like her to guide me and help me with my options (after I thought all options were exhausted) was more then I couldve hoped for. If you come here find her shes amazing!
