I drove from Wisconsin to buy a certain car from another dealership. The car that I had in mind, and saw its pictures on line, was not what I thought at all. So I left and started looking around different car dealerships. After several dealers and several cars, I walked in this dealership, told them what kind of car that I want, and what is my budget. They gave me a very nice decent vehicle, super clean, and in a timely manner. They were a little bit hot tempered, but it comes with the territory. I know that I over paid for the car a few hundred dollars, proven by car fax. However, I feel comfortable recommending them. They refused to sell me certain cars, even though I asked for them, clearing that these cars are defective, and they are in the works of moving them out of the lot. I think they are a little bit aggressive. So if you get intimidated easily, or prefer a 24x7 smiley sales man, dont step in there. Otherwise, drive a hard bargain, negotiate aggressively, and youll get a good car.

We did not plan on buying a car, Just looking at our options. We knew our credit was low and possibly could not get approved. We talked with our sales person Pasquale, Who was so NICE, Not pushy and was sensitive to our needs. We looked at a few cars, But really liked the 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, With about 40,000 miles on it. REALLY NICE. Test drove it, Told them we liked it, And to our surprise, They got us approved for a loan. Very reasonable down payment, Something we could live with. All in all, It was a totally great experiance. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family, They do treat you with respect, Do not down talk to you like some of the other low life dealerships A.K.A. Car lots. Just a GREAT Deal. So if you are looking for reasonably priced cars, Not the 100,000 mile junkers that other so called car lots do, Then come to Piemonte Super Car outlet, You will not be disappointed.

I have spent weeks looking for a truck online. Finally I gave up and hit the streets. Dealership after dealership I have experienced everything I could imagine; from dealer telling me I am out of luck to being pressured into buying car I did not want. When I walked into Al Piemonte Suzuki I was greeted by the general manager and he listened very carefully to what I needed. He could not find the truck I wanted in their lot but while he searched other lots, one of the dealers (David) tried to help me find the next best thing. After a couple of minutes the GM came running with a print out of what I can only describe as "my truck". They had to bring it over from another lot and I am glad they did. While I was waiting I interacted with the rest of the staff and I have to give them all 5 stars. Overall great experience, friendly staff, relaxed environment. Loved the dealership and I most certainly love my truck.

I purchased a car from them over a month ago. I waited this long to review them because I wanted to show that they really did do a great job and Im not just rating them highly because I just bought a new car. I love the car as I got the one I was looking for. I had a great experience as I wasnt pressured into anything. They made it VERY easy to complete all the paperwork and get the transaction processed as smoothly as possible and the staff there was friendly and down to earth yet professional. I thought it was a great experience until I relaized after I bought my car that they closed down! And then what I was promised free oil change etc did not happen. Then delivery of my car was late at night so it was dark outside next morning realized it was dirty on the inside. Plus the brakes on my vehicle needed to be changed and I just bought it. Talked to one of the owners of Al Piemonte but to no avail nothing happened to help with situation at hand. The sad part is I worked for Al Piemonte group and I thought they had better standards. Apparently not. Will not ever buy another car from them poor experience.

I purchased a car from here on Saturday and let me tell you they have the best customer services ever. Pascal and Kevin O are the best in there. They worked very hard to get me in the car that i wanted and made my payments exactly where i wanted them. If you ever go here ask for Pascal the real Italian man or Kevin O they get the job done right. They are the best and the cars are above the best. I left here happy and this will be the dealer i go to and recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks guys

The best customer service!!! Pasquale is the best car sales man Ive ever come across!! These guys deliver as they promise. They "Will GET YOU DRIVING!!! My experience and expectations were way beyond met. Starting with the greeting at the door to the great customer service and smooth transaction. Thank you Sebastian as well for working hard and getting us the best possible loan. You all make a great team and trust me I will be back and for sure recommend my friends and family.

Lol u go there just to check some crap cars and they are doing credit check and applying for a loan from financial institutions without telling you about that, using ur personal information from the deal before from the same crapy al pielmonte supercar outlet.Pretty illegal right? They will facing with the law. Now the new application from the financial institution are forced to my credit report as a hard inquiry.... screw them. Dont you go there and waste your time! !!!!!!!

I wasnt satisfied at all, because of the service of Mr. Victor Sczerba and Mr. Sebastian Nowak from Al Piemonte in Northlake. They promised something, but the reality was very different from it. I feel tricked because they sold me a used car for price of a brand new car. I was buying all wheel car, but ended up with a car which didnt include it, well he was saying that it has it.....

The customer service was very helpful and they welcomed me and helped me out a lot with purchasing a vehicle that would be right for me and would fit my finances. Terrible customer service in the service department. Doesnt do recalls on Saturday?! Refused to give me service or even let me drop the car off and get a rental as the recall notice states. Unbelievable! Waste of time.
