In response to the dealerships response to my negative review and request to contact the dealership to discuss the matter further: You guys had the opportunity to fix these problems immediately when I brought them to your attention, but instead your salesman tried to cover-up by blatantly lying to me and your service department refused to perform a $100 warranty repair for a customer that had just spent $50,000 on two brand new cars. You deserve a horrible review due to the dishonest service you provided to a customer who has always been loyal to the Mazda brand. For reference, I am a long time Mazda owner and enthusiast, capable of buying through the Mazda Employee Pricing S-Plan. I purchased two new Mazdas, and lost all trust immediately after the 2nd sale. Why? I was completely scammed on the 2nd car purchase. We had a great experience buying our 1st car, so we returned to purchase a 2nd one a few weeks later. We agreed to purchase the 2nd car at the internet sales price, which was better priced than what I could buy for through the S-Plan (invoice+dealer fees). Our salesman agreed to the price. However, when we went to the "finance manager" to complete the sale, the final numbers looked high. I questioned them, but then trusted the finance manager when he jokingly said, "yeah those Cook County taxes really get you." Well, when we returned home, I compared the numbers against the internet sales ad, and found that the finance manager pulled a bait and switch and entered the retail price instead of the sales ad price. I immediately called our salesman the next day, who then denied everything and made up the classic lies about a mandatory $800 "Environmental Mist Treatment" and "Free Car Washes for Life" and other "Incentives" that arent listed anywhere on paper. I spoke to a lawyer about fighting their deceptive sales tactics, however in the end, the lawyer said my sales ad on paper means nothing since the finance manager was able to confuse me and get me to sign higher on the final paper contract. To top it all off, within a week, I noticed that the car alignment was pulling to the left. Sure enough, I took it in for service and had to fight tooth and nail just for the service department to put it up on the rack to check it out. In the end, they gave me bogus "factory alignment specs" basically +/- 2.5 degrees on all wheels...hell, you could have a wheel bearing fail and it would pass the specs that they claimed were "factory" specs. I was forced to go to an independent shop to fix my brand new car. Let my lesson learned be your lesson learned. Stay far far away from this dealership. Even if the sale goes well, you will regret your decision every time you need support after the sale.

On Friday afternoon(16th), I came to this dealership to Inquire about a 2015 Mazda3 sport that I had seen on their website. I was Introduced to a salesman name Cesar, and we talked about the car. A short time later, he went to see If he could find the car. A short time later, he came back and said that the car was sold. I then told him that I just wanted a good used Mazda3 with decent amount of miles, and he said that he would let me know when one came In, thanked him, and then went to my car. As I was just about to leave, another salesman/Manager named MO, Introduced himself and said since I had sent him a number of e-mails In the past several months about used Mazdas, that I OWED HIM the opportunity to speak to me about buying a Mazda. He repeated that I owed him, and to come Inside. I then came In, sat down, then It all began. He started with the What can I do to put you In a car today, how can I earn your business, etc, etc. I told him that I had come In to check out the 2015 Mazda, but he kept trying to pressure me to buy a new Mazda3. I did not want a new Mazda3, and told him this, but he kept going on, and on, about buying new. At this point, I should have walked, but unfortunately I listened to him. He knew I came to the dealership In a rental car, and then told me how dumb I was to be wasting money on a rental when I could be driving a new car. All I wanted was to check out the 2015 Mazda3 , but all I got was a super pressure cooker sales pitch from some dude who just wouldnt quit. He kept his assault on me for about a half hour, repeatedly telling me how dumb I was driving a rental car, wasting my money, and acting stupid for not buying a new Mazda. While this was happening, there must have been 7 or 8 Mazda employees In the dealership watching and listening to this. I finally left after I could take no more. All I wanted, was to check out the used 2015 Mazda3, but Instead Mo gave me this. June 23rd: My reply to a statement given by Mo Yazdani. The Incident I described above, did Indeed happen. Mr. Yazdani even admits to this by mentioning his comments to me about me coming to the dealership In a rental car, and what he thinks I may be spending to rent the car. But that Is my business, and not his, and he used this against me to try to sell me a car. While this was happening we had an audience of co-workers watching this. Mr. Yazdani Is very condescending, and disrespectful as a person.

Watch out! "Certified used vehicle" pricing on website is MISLEADING! Purchased a "certified Mazda vehicle" on Saturday from this dealership. This vehicle, a 2015 Mazda 6 with some 18,000 miles on it, was listed on their website for $20,995. Well guess what, when you actually go to purchase said "certified Mazda vehicle", oh no, that price doesnt include the "ACTUAL CERTIFICATION", no, that is an additional $1495!! No where on CJ Wilsons website could we find the small print that indicates their "certified vehicle" pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FEE TO ACTUALLY CERTIFY IT. Secondly, we have purchased quite a few vehicles during our 37 years of marriage and have never experienced the aggressive sales pitch for additional extended warranties like we did here. It wasnt satisfying enough to them that we agreed to pay the ADDITIONAL $1495 to have this vehicle certified, no, we had to endure another round of pushing their additional extended warranties offered, when we clearly said at the beginning we were not interested. Not only that, the salesman generously just added, for an additional $299, the all season mats and wheel locks, that we didnt ask for, to the total purchase price. Lastly, even though this vehicle was still under the manufacturers warranty, he told us it would not include any of the scheduled maintenance, because "it isnt new", despite the fact that on their website, UNDER THE CERTIFIED USED VEHICLES LISTED, it states that "all of their new Mazdas come with one year of scheduled maintenance, included". We would not recommend this dealership or ever go back. An additional reason being, the trade in offer we received for our 2015 Mazda Miata, with just under 17,000 miles on it, was poor, reason cited was "the tires showed some wear", REALLY? VERY disappointing experience. We had used this dealership some years back and recall the experience as positive, but not this time.
