Worst experience ever! They let a 70 year old man order my outer tie rods and yep you guessed it, he ordered me two right side outer tie rods and no left side outer tie rod, so I got front end ripped apart and now Im screwed because the auto part store ordered the wrong auto part! The attitude of the worker I had to deal with, because there was no manager on duty, was "oh well, what do you want me to do about it? Everyone makes mistakes." Its like they dont understand, I dont have another vehicle to drive, so I cant even get back out and up to an auto part store to get the right part that I should already have, but due to gross negligence and employees that have no business in the customer service industry, I am completely screwed! Thanks Advanced, thanks for nothing. Epic fail. Never order parts from here!

@rich you do realize it might not have been a 70 mans problem, it could have been shipped out from the hub wrong but ordered right by him.....you seem to be probably a younger generation with no responsibility in life my advice, ask mommy and daddy to fix it for you! I have shopped advance Auto for years and if they dont stock a item they usually look into it and start carrying it no issues for the 16 yrs Ive been doing business with them and I have built entire motors with ordered parts no issue!

Advanced Auto allowed our band to hold a car wash in their parking lot. Even gave us the products to use to wash the vehicles! Very grateful to have a business in Brandenburg that is so giving!
