No one knows what a parts of a vehicle is. Went in for a carb rebuild kit, they had not a clue. I had all the info for them already, just had to have them order it. The ppl there are crappy, there rude. My car battery was dead in there parking.lot one day, the guy said no jump box, it says free battery charging on the window, he said noooooo . Noooo we dont. I said ill uninstall my battery and u can charge it. I got time. Obvesouly. He wouldnt do it. I hate this place. Takes a lo g time too

They will not issue a refund for a warrantied part. I had an auto zone starter fail after 8 months. The vehicle was towed and repaired. I brought the bad starter and receipt to the same store I bought it from and they would only give me a new starter. Now I have a $135 paper weight. I will never shop at any auto zone again and I will tell all my friends and family to go to Advance Auto or Napa.

Not so rewarding experience today. Display with sign staying BOGO on products. At check out. Nope. That product is only $1.00 off that sign is for other products. I asked why they are all in a display together. Every other item in the display is BOGO but the one I pick that is listed on the sign and on the display isnt. Bad customer service. I purchased the Lucas injector cleaner.

Called ahead to make certain that they had the parts I was looking for and had them hold them. The parts were engine air filter and a cabin air filter. When I got there they told me they did not have the one filter in the quality that I requested but had it in a lesser quality. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Horribly understaffed. I went on a Saturday afternoon. They had 2 people working and 30+ customers. Extremely poor management. Im giving 2 stars because both of the employees were exceptional, helpful, and very polite. Unfortunately, I cant give this review more stars.

Incompetence is through the roof! I called about a caliper and brakes, specifically asked to make sure they were the right parts for my car on the phone AND in person. WRONG PARTS! And of course you cant return parts that have been installed.....SCAM!!

Went here yesterday to get some parts for my Jeep. The guy was very helpful and polite. Everytime I have been to one of the Auto Zones I always get the right parts.
