The serivce was absolutely horrid. My mother was about to purchase a xmas tree, the box clearly stated that ALL the lights worked. But just as she was about to pay, she opened the box just to make sure and saw there was NO STAND and only 1/3 of the lights worked! Not only that, when she confronted one of the staff members about it, they said "Oh yeah thats why its only five dollars." Which infuriated me because that meant they were prepared to let her pay for it despite the product being broken. Not only that, they dont wash their cups, mugs, plates, etc. And they overcharg for stuff that WAS CHEAPER IN THE STORE. The store price of a pack of playing cards that my mother was considering buying said "Store price:97 cents. Then it said under it:Our Price:99 cents. This place takes advantage of innocent poor people. Dont come here

I used to frequent this specific location because they always had really good clothes. I havent been to this store for over a year until recently and boy has it changed. Maybe I went on a bad day but the store lighting is super dark now, they moved everything around, the carpet they had before is gone, the clothes are not taking up most of the store like they used too, and the selection has gone down hill. When I used to come here before you would see all kinds of goodies whether it was clothes, books, funrniture, shoes etc. I dont know what happened to this store but its not as great as it once was. The prices have also went up a lot, and the specific day I went the employees looked angry.

My favorite thrift shop in north Fresno. I get a lot of kids clothes here on sale and at times my own. Ive gotten good movies for my daughter and often have found knic knacks I need. Ive found prices to be fair for the most part. My only complaint would be outter wear(like jackets or sweaters) are priced high on kids clothes. But since i only buy them on sale days, this isnt a big issue for me. Staff is great and really helpful.

Wow! Super nice for a thrift store. Clean, well organized, and friendly, helpful staff. I walked out of there with 5 brand name capris in great shape and a cool pink 9x13 casserole dish all for $21! There was a 50% sale on pants. Lol! Wish I had more time to shop longer.

What is the deal with this place!? Ridiculously over priced for sub par items! I remember the day when thrift stores were cheap now it seems like most charge retail. I wont even go into a Salvation Army store anymore.

I just visited this store yesterday and I bought brand new original tags still attached school clothes for my teen son. Name brands like Nike,and RVCA! Totally amazing and so happens 25% off. Thanks Salvation Army.
