this is another target wannabe. overpriced junk. read my white lane review. one of the cashiers when questioned why they are so expensive remarked back stating "everything in california is expensive". with all the free items goodwill is receiving and pushing they should guarantee the item since its like buying retail with the prices they are charging. by the way be aware by goodwill asking a customer to show your id when using a credit card. its illegal. read your credit card disclosure and look it up online. its against the law. if they refuse a sale by you not showing a id its illegal. contact your credit card company to file a report to have this practice stopped.

I will only buy items that look almost new because I have a hard time paying $3.50-5.00 for something that would be a quarter at a yard sale. I know its a good cause but so is good stewardship! :-) The racks are categorized. For a second hand place its a nice one. They wouldnt let my granddaughter try on a bathing suit. I understand though...she would have left her undergarment on...but maybe some people wouldnt, and hey, they cant enforce that once in the changing room, right? They still provide a bag for you at checkout.

Had the worst experience ever. Paid for a dresser and the policy is really dumb. Had to wait out side cause the store does not allow you to put a sold tag and didnt get assistance out side either. The guys are so lazy and depend on store policy to get away without doing anything. I personally will not shop there nor recomend the place with bad service . on the picture i posted you can clearly see the trash can so over full that trash is not picked up.

Clothes are not well organized like other Goodwills. Not by color, or by size. Fitting rooms have no attendant, and one must wait a while to find the keeper of the almighty key. Management might do well to visit other well-kept Goodwills and take note. The store is very clean, though, which I appreciate.

Terrible customer service, the staff needs to go through some sort of hospitality training. Everyone of the employees we had contact with was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is hands down the worst Goodwill in terms of staff and products weve ever been to.

Store is not organized very well. The selection is pretty good, but you really have to dig deep to find what youre looking for. The check out lines were really long. I may have been there on a special sale day, so that may not be the norm.

Good selection, a little scattered but most thirty stores are. My major issue,... the woman who was walking around in her (very tight) underwear. At least one employee noticed her and was clearly unhappy but no one did anything about it.

Not sure what happened, use to be one of our favorite places for deals but over past few months noticed quality has gone down and prices WAY up. So much for the good deals we use to love, at least t-shirts are still $.99......for now.

Prices on most items are very close to retail prices. Youd be better off buying discounted merchandise at any regular store. About 80% of merchandise are clothes. No books. A few holiday stuff and other random things. Disappointing.

Great place! I was able to get 2 pair of ($80 new at Boot Barn) Cruel Girl Jeans for $6.99, 4 new tops with Target tags for $1.39 each and a purse for $5.99. A little over $18 for 7 items! Customer service was great too!

I love me sone goodwill finds. However, this particular goodwill is outrageous. There are some great items but the prices are out of tue goodwill ballpark. LA idol jeans for $29.99?? GTFO. Go to the one on white lane!

This place has changed, is now more organized, easier to browse, and has a helpful staff. I like the drive thru has it two entrances, getting in and out is quick and convenient.

Overpriced and despite it saying whatever color is 50% off they then say when you get to register its not the tag color but the plastic holding the tag. Ridiculous.
