You do not want to buy a vehicle from these people - at the very least, you do not want to buy a used one. I got information about them as having something in the price range I was looking for through TrueCar which was suggested by Geico after my previous car was totaled in an accident. I went there and the salesman didnt even look at the document I got from them and instead pulled up a 2013, Jeep Patriot they had on the lot, it wasnt in a bad price range so I went with it. Before leaving the lot I point out the rust on the break pads, the salesman, Dale Connors takes me to a new vehicle on the lot and says thats just how they look the pads are new. Get in the car and it hasnt been detailed nor is the registration prepared because its late in the day. When I say Ill just come in and complete everything when its ready Jack is like, no, no, well take care of everything. Mind you, he knew whether I got a vehicle from them or somewhere else I was planning to go to FL for my planned family vacation. Im told to return on July 5th for the registration, to have the car filled with gas and to have it detailed. July 9th during my travels I hear noises and it feels like the transmission is going so I have to go to a dealership in FL. Before I go to a dealership, I call Dale who tells me to go anywhere Im completely covered. I go to a Jeep dealership and he says any work done will be full priced because you have no warranty. Return from vacation and go to Sudbay on July 13th for the noise - they do work, I leave. I still hear the noise so I return, again, on July 14th - they do work; couple of days letter I still hear the noise so I return on July 19th. Things seem to be okay. Of course with travel to FL, August 5th, I go for an oil change at a shop I trust who finds there is an oil leak. I call and get an appointment for Tuesday but why so far out...? I call to try to get anyone at the dealership and never get a call back so I just show up. Speak with John from service and then Dale who tells me to wait to speak with Tim who never even acknowledges me so I get my stuff out of the car and leave. That took place at 3pm on Friday. No one called on Friday to follow up. I called them Saturday morning and spoke to Jack who brushed everything off as things happen and told me my options were to trade out of the Jeep or suck it up. It is now Monday, August 8th and I received a call at 11:10am saying it MAY be ready tomorrow. The work that had to be done: brakes, rotors, controller arm, weather stripping, oil pan leak - so far! Theres no way they even looked this car over before selling it. If youre just looking to get into something quickly, Jack can make anything happen with numbers and contracts especially when looking to add Gap Insurance hidden in something else.

Hello I am writing my review about my experience at Sudbay Dodge with my Salesperson Phil Prieur, My friend had bought a truck about a week ago and told me how well he was treated by Phil, he new I was looking for a truck and recommended calling Phil, I am glad I did, Phil was very nice to me on the phone he told me what he had on the lot, I told him I wanted something like my friend got .He told me give me a day or so I will see if I can find what you want, sure enough he e- mailed me a truck that would interest me that was found and he would have it for me to see by days end , He had me pick a time good for me ,we met he showed me the truck it was exactly what I wanted even the color white , I had told Phil I did not like dark colors, we took it for a ride,I asked if he would mind waiting for my wife to come from Beverly to drive it he had no problem waiting and letting her test drive it, Phil answered all our questions , worked out an agreeable price with us and we bought the truck, When I came back to pick the truck up Phil took the time to go over everything in the truck and answer all my questions, he introduced me to the service manager and made it clear to me before I left that he would always be here for me if I had any problems or questions .

I suggest purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Sudbay has outstanding debts to my company that assisted them in selling vehicles; to you, the consumer and is unwilling to pay monies owed. These outstanding invoices were internal oversights of Sudbay and yet they are penalizing my company. It may be an insignificant total for Sudbay, but I am a small company where every dollar counts. If they are willing to do this to a company that improved their product for sale, imagine how Sudbay treats their customers? Even now that ownership is aware, no progress has been made. As of today January 19, 2017 Still no resolution. It is a small world out there and a former employee even shared with us that we were let go because Sudbay didnt want to pay the outstanding invoices.

If you are in the market for a Jeep, Dodge or Ram, Sudbay is the place to buy. No high pressure, everyone was very nice and friendly. Not only did I get a good deal, they gave me what my trade-in was worth and it was 1500 dollars more than the previous dealer. Phil Prieur is the salesman ("The family Car Salesman") I dealt with and I cant say enough great things about him. It was like dealing with an old buddy. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel, Phil showed and explained to me all features of the vehicle, and he was even very knowledgeable of the diesel engine. It was an easy, friendly, relaxed and fairly quick buying experience.

This was hands down the easiest, experience Ive ever had buying any car my entire life. As soon as I walked in, it was a totally different feel than any dealership Ive ever walked onto. I truly didnt feel pressured by anyone, to buy anything at all they sat and worked out my finances to make the payment per month work out exactly how I wanted for the EXACT car I wanted. They took care of everything I wanted and even threw in a couple more years on the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty with no hassle at all. If youre looking at buying a car in the near future dont bother going anywhere else, stop by here FIRST !!!

Katy Martin was extremely helpful and made the process of buying my Jeep Patriot as smooth as possible. Not only did I have very limited ideas as to what I was looking for, but I was also shopping over the phone and internet as I live two hours away. I completed the process with Katy on-site at Sudbay. She was polite, friendly, helpful and understanding of my needs in buying a vehicle. She walked me through the process step-by-step and made sure I was confident and comfortable throughout the process. Seek out Katy the next time you need a vehicle-- shes simply amazing! Thanks again Katy
