I am very disappointed with Elgin because they promised a delivery of a special order in 3 weeks and I cannot get an answer as to exactly when I will get my chairs. No one at the store where I purchased the chairs can tell me and neither can the warehouse store. I guess its just somewhere in limbo! I was just told to wait until the warehouse calls me about delivery. This is very bad business Elgin! You made the purchase painless but I am very annoyed at this non delivery of the goods.

Erica is so amazing she is extremely patient and helpful every time I come in. I like her service so much I have brought in my sister and my mom to make their furniture purchases from her as well. Dont be fooled by the showroom selection while its lots to choose from they have even more options available online and an in store kiosk available to customers to browse while in store.

Elgin showroom staff were very helpful when we made our selection. Although the delivery men arrived a little after the scheduled time, the furniture looks great in the tv room (the men set up and cleaned up behind themselves). Overall we satisfied with our Elgin experience.

Had good experience.But bought extended warranty Was told it was total of 3yr coverage but later found out we lose original 1yr from manufacturer .Seems not to be worth buying warranty . Not happy about this if true
