I bought flowers for Valentines Day from Town and Country Flower Shop since it is local and I decided to have them delivered. They decided to call me several days before to tell me that a vase that I ordered was unavailable which would have been fine... When they called I was in the car with my wife and the phone goes through the speakers when connected with bluetooth so I hear, "This is so and so from Town and Country Flowers and Im calling about the vase you ordered..." I immediately hung up because this was supposed to be a surprise and called her back and told her that I would come in and look at it. Got the vase issue straightened out easy enough and waited for Vday. I saw the flower van pull up out the window and the lady walks up to my neighbors house with my flowers, so I go outside and tell the lady they are mine. My wife signs for the flowers and we were both disappointed. All but 2 roses were wilting. The other flowers looked fine but the roses are the reason the arrangement was so expensive. I paid over $100 for flowers and definitely didnt get my moneys worth. I will be getting flowers elsewhere from now on.

I normally have good service with this company. I live out of state and have had items delivered to my in-laws who live in the same zip code on several occassions. Today, I attempted to have a gift basket delivered to my in-laws and the lady who answered the phone was quite rude. She never identified herself and kept asking me to spell the recipients names. Upon her finally recognizing the names I gave her the address. She kept asking me if it was "Sun City", I told her I had no idea what she was talking about (again, I live out of state) when I told her "Griffin"....last straw was when I gave a phone number. When I indicated it was a "cell phone" she questioned the (678) area code. Since I was calling from work, I chose to end the call without completing my order. Needless to say, with the rude customer service, I will not use this company again. Will find another florist, hope they are nicer and great customer service. I would NOT recommend this company. Think she needs another cup of coffee or a class on "customer service".

My daughter ordered flowers from this shop for my birthday.When they arrived the arrangement of the flowers was terrible. Some of the roses were turning black and dying. They were suppose to be red roses. The people running this shop should be ashamed of themselves for selling flowers in that condition. If they are going to sell flower arrangements they should learn how to arrange them to make them look pretty and they should throw away the bad ones.

I ordered and was charged for flowers. The person I sent them to never received them. I received no phone calls from Town and Country Flower Shop and did not receive a refund. The rep I spoke to was an older lady, very rude and unapologetic. I recommend using another florist, if you want what you pay for to be delivered.

Been using this shop for years. The ladies are very helpful. I rarely know what I want so I give them an idea and they take care of the rest. My wife always loves the arrangements when they are delivered.
