I agree with the other bad review this company received. I give them good business Ive already had approximately 7 deliverys to my girlfriend at about 70 some dollars a pop. Now in all fairness their flowers and delivery is perfect but its the customer service that has convinced me to never return. 1st of all each time I enter they look at me as if I owe them money and is late paying them. The Tall blonde who I assume is the owner looks at me each time I enter their establishment and immediately goes to her back office not even one smile or wave in fact the only person who acts like she appreciates my business is the young student cashier who greets me up front each time I come but everybody else treats me as if in their minds theyre saying "their he goes again, why do he have to use us"? For that reason Im taking my business elsewhere. They just lost around 280.00 a month in business from me because I send flowers to my girlfriend every week. Multiply that times 12.

So, heres the story: I went in to Blossoms to get some help putting together a "thank you" for the people at my internship, as its coming to an end tomorrow. The ladies at Blossoms were so great. They listened to my request (to give out individual stems to about twenty people) and were able to get started on my order right away, even after I explained that it was an unpaid internship and that I didnt have a lot of funds to play with. They steered me towards the classically pretty yellow and white daises, taking the time to explain that theyd be great since they come with more than one flower on each stem. The staff there wrapped each one, individually, and made this into the exact gesture I was hoping for at a great price and in fantastic time. Im really looking forward to giving them out tomorrow morning and I have Blossoms to thank for that.

I am giving quality a good mark because none of the flowers were wilted or dead when they were delivered! Service was ok, since they were delivered the day I asked them to be. The arrangement however was not what I ordered. I understand that sometimes they have to substitute a certain flower depending on time of year but this entire arrangement including what the flowers were IN was different than what I ordered. Much smaller too. The MAIN reason I selected that arrangement was the color-there was a significant reason I picked the color I picked and that was ruined by the fact they delivered a completely different arrangement. There was also a reason I ordered it in a basket-but they delievered it in a glass dish. I could only be more disappointed if the flowers were dead. I will never use this company again.

I called Blossoms this morning and ordered 6 roses to be delivered to my sweetheart today. After calling several places, Blossomes price was fantastic in comparison. I did ask if they could be delivered asap because I should of ordered them earlier. They were delivered at 12:30 which was like an hour after I ordered them. Wow! The roses were fresh and beautiful and the arrangement was absolutely awesome. My wife is very surprised and happy. I am to, and very happy with the service I received. I feel like I got way more than what I payed for, and from now on I know were to go for awesome reasonable flower .

Called to place an order amdtold the lady who answered how much I had for a basic bouquet. The lady was obviously offended by how much I was I asking for and raised her voice at me saying, (her exact words) I wouldnt wipe my a$$ with that much money. I know this is a business who works hard but that is NO WAY to talk to a customer. All she had to say is we cant do anything for less than (such amount) and maybe we couldve made the arrangement happen. Someone needs to give her a customer service class. So disrespectful

I had never used a florists here in Tallahassee. I had to send flowers out of state. I called my order in to a very helpful woman. I was asked what I wanted, colors of flowers, and what to say on the note. When my friend sent me a picture of it, it was exactly what I had asked for. This is the florist I will always use. I think I posted a picture, but am not good with the computer, so may or may not be there.

GREAT Customer Service! Affordable! I called from out of town, hoping to order a couple arrangements to be delivered to friends in Tallahassee and Jamie was happy to discuss my options! She gave me multiple options and worked with my budget! She knew I wasnt spending a whole lot of money, but still gave me lots of help and attention to help me get exactly what I wanted. THANK YOU!

"The best smelling and most beautiful flowers I have ever seen" This is a direct quote from my wife when the flowers I ordered from Blossoms arrived at her work. I ordered over the phone and the woman on the other end helped me through the entire process. Yes, it was a little bit on the pricey side but worth every penny. This is definitely my new go-to florist in Tallahassee.

Birthday flowers; beyond perfect! I recieved a mixed bouquet of lillies, tulips, roses, hydrangeas, and snapdragons that were to die for! Not only was the bouquet arrangement exquisite, but these very fresh flowers just seemed to keep blooming. I received them on January 9th and am just now throwing out the last flower. By far, the best arrangement Ive ever received.

The owner stopped what she was doing and did an order for me-didnt throw it together but carefully, artistically and beautifully put together what I needed! Disappointed in the slow delivery and very small size of the arrangement. Ordered early Monday, and delivered late Tuesday. I do not recommend using them.
