I had flowers delivered for my wifes birthday that did not look like the picture shown when I ordered them. Many of the flowers were already brown and wilting. I was unhappy but after notifying them they were very responsive and apologetic. Theyve gone out of their way to make amends. They assured me that this was a mistake and not their standard. I can understand when a business makes a mistake but its what they do afterwards that makes a difference and a country rose has shown that they truly care about their customer and their reputation. I will use their services again. Update: I used them for this Valentines Day and unfortunately my order was wrong again. I ordered flowers and a mylar balloon to be delivered and only the flowers were delivered. The recipient saw the attached card that said a mylar balloon was supposed to be included so it was definitely on the order. Unfortunately I cannot use their services again since I cant trust if the order will be right each time.

The sign of a quality business is performance. Performance comes from offering a high quality service AND from rectifying problems. Recently, we ordered flowers for a relative. A rep from the business called within a few minutes to tell me that the particular arrangement was not available. Rather than go back on line I just informed them to send a comparable arrangement. The flowers that were sent was not to our liking and I informed the business. What happened next is why I will be doing business with them again. The owner contacted me and was MORE critical than I in assessing the quality of the arrangement and apologized profusely. It was not the immediate refund that impressed me but her offer to send a complimentary arrangement at her expense to my relative that convinced me Country Rose will be my florist in the future. (FYI, if you so desire they will send a photo of the delivery) Kudos!

Provides AMAZING customer service and beautiful flower arrangements! My daughter attends FSU and I wanted to send her some beautiful flowers for a special occasion. I dont generally like the 1800 flowers or FTD online b/c the flowers dont look soo great once delivered. I sought out some local Tallahassee florists and found A Country Rose Florist. I called them and explained that I needed something special for my daughter. They were soo patient and took a lot of time on the phone with me, which I really appreciated b/c I do not live locally. My daughter called me after she received the flowers and said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. Her special occasion was made even more wonderful due to these ladies that cared and gave that extra special touch that you just do not find everywhere. Thank you soo much. A very grateful mom!

I went to A Country Rose eleven weeks before our wedding after my previous flower source fell through. I had a modest budget, only a vague sense of what I wanted ("Dont you have a flower catalogue or something?") & I wanted them to incorporate my own vases into the center pieces. Oh and I requested as many locally sourced flowers as possible. This shop did not bat an eye at any of it and they knocked it out of the park. When they delivered our flowers to the wedding venue, they were whimsical, magical and abundant. Better than I ever could have imagined. What talent! One of my friends commented "dude your florist crushed it!" When was the last time you heard that kind of enthusiasm for wedding center pieces? We caught random tourists taking selfies with our ceremony flowers before the guests arrived. They were that good.

Country Rose made my wedding bouquet. I paid $135 for my plain white rose bouquet that I picked out of one of their wedding bouquet books. The helpful lady behind the counter pulled out a ruler and showed me the size the bouquet would be. I showed up on my wedding day to pick them up and the bouquet was so small, almost child size. The bridesmaid bouquet I ordered was almost comically small. Had it not been my wedding day and I had I had time to go elsewhere, I would have left the flowers on the counter. Everyone I shared the price with completely agreed with me that I got the bad end of the deal. On a positive note, the desk lady was friendly and helpful and the flowers did last a long time.

Annette and her staff at A Country Rose provided amazing floral arrangements and customer service for my daughter and son-in-law’s, Kelsey & Brice, wedding; from the bridal bouquet, the church arrangements, the mother/grandmother floral bracelets, the boutonnieres and the awesome tall and short vase arrangements at the reception. She was able to vision our requests and turn them into beautiful floral designs. We have received many compliments about the flowers from family and friends. My very first experience with A Country Rose was a great one!! I had flowers delivered on Valentines Day and despite one of them being broken, the very next day I received a complimentary arrangement of a dozen beautiful roses (6 more than were delivered the previous day) to replace the one in my previous arrangement. Not to mention their Garden Roses are to die for!! They are extremely professional and so kind. Their arrangements are always created with style and class, perfect for any occasion. Order from them, they do not disappoint!

Traveling has a way of complicating things. I wanted to send flowers, but still wanted to use a local company. A Country Roses website made it easy to accomplish both. Because I requested it, Annette even let me know when the arrangement was on the delivery truck. Easy to use, great service, amazing follow through and beautiful flowers. Ordered at 7:30 AM and the bouquet was delivered by noon. It was beautiful, looked exactly like the picture, and for an AMAZING price. As I ordered on the web (ordering online is a breeze!) I called to ask when the delivery would be made. The receptionist was extremely helpful, tracking down my bouquet and giving me exact details of location and estimated time. Yes, yes, yes! I will not be using any other Tallahassee florist, I found the one!

Outstanding! My husband sent a beautiful arrangement for our anniversary and I was amazed how extraordinary it was. I loved all the pretty purple flowers and the hint of yellow throughout. They arrived 7 days ago and still look wonderful! Everyone in my office commented on them and the vase was also very unique! I placed a last minute order for a very large funeral arrangement at 8pm at night that needed to be delivered by 12:00pm the next day. I was so happy when they assured me it would be there in time. So highly recommend A Country Rose for their flexibility and courtesy to me when I was anxious about getting it done on time! Love this place!
