They kept my money. My daughter and I went into Artistic Flowers on 09/01/2011, and I ordered a bridal bouquet. I was told by the clerk that I had to prepay for the bouquet in full, which I did: $80.63. I was hesitant, and I told her that I was not completely certain that I would buy the bouquet because it was not what I originally wanted for a bouquet. I placed the order to ensure that I had something in time for my wedding the next day. The clerk informed me that it was not a problem but that if I wanted to cancel the order, I should call the store the first thing the next morning before they went and picked up the flowers. When I returned from the store, I spoke with my fiancé who informed me that he located another flower shop that could get me the flowers that I originally wanted (Calla Lilies), and we decided to cancel the Artistic Flowers order. I called Artistic Flowers as soon as the store opened on Friday, 09/02/2011, and I canceled the order. The clerk told me that it was fine and that she was crediting my Visa debit card (original form of payment) with the full amount of my pre-payment, which was the full amount of the order: $80.63. She said that I did not need to come into the store. It is 09/28/2011, and my money still has not been credited back to my checking account. I have made repeated telephone calls, and I have spoken with the manager, Gail, who has informed me repeatedly that she would take the necessary steps to credit my bank account with the $80.63 charge. It still has not been credited back to my account. My bank told me to come in and file a formal dispute and that is what Im going to have to do. This florist has unscrupulous business practice, and I would never recommend this florist to anyone.

Ive written this review before but it seems to have magically disappeared... I used Artistic Flowers for my wedding bouquet in 2011. It was simple: Five small Calla Lillies with a black ribbon holding them together. They informed me that the small Calla Lillies were actually much more expensive than the large ones and they charged me $120 for the five flowers. I was told that the bouquet would be available to pick up the morning of my wedding but, since I was getting ready, my husband picked it up. Just before the ceremony, I received the bouquet. Not only were the flower pedals wilted, but they gave me the WRONG FLOWERS (they gave me the large Calla Lillies). I decided not to complain. Theres nothing they could do to fix the situation anyway so I just vowed never to use them again. In 2012, my mother sent me a bouquet of flowers following the birth of my first child. She paid $85 for the arrangement with the agreement that the flowers wouldnt look "Valentine-y" (It was the week of Valentines Day). The flowers were beautiful and there wasnt a rose in the bunch, as promised... but the arrangement (of spring flowers) was smaller than my head... for $85. Guess who she used. Thats right. It was Artistic. This business is out to get as much of your money as possible with as little effort and quality as they can get away with. Dont waste your money or your time. Several of the businesses Ive reviewed with 1 star over the years have mysteriously crept up to 3 and 4 stars, inlcuding this one. I just returned this one to one star. Funny how that happens...

The flowers delivered for the funeral of a family member were delivered at 5 pm the night of the viewing. The arrangement looked as if a child went outside and picked the flowers and clumped them together. When I called to complain was told the flowers in the arrangement were not in season but they "found" some. I asked for new flowers or a refund. They offered a refund and ..... Wait for it.... They CAME TO THE FUNERAL HOME AND TOOK THE ARRANGEMENT BACK! When I called and questioned their insensitivity THEY HUNG UP ON ME! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with!

My boyfriend had purchased me a small bouquet for our anniversary. They arrived beautifully, however, after 3 days, the flowers failed to bloom and they started withering and dying. i was a bit upset since he paid good money for them, so i called them and told them i was not 100% satisfied. i explained to them the problem and they apologized, and told me theyd send me a new bouquet as soon as they receive a fresh new shipment of flowers. 3 days later, i received a brand new, and much bigger bouquet, than the ones i originally received. very satisfied that they corrected their mistake!

I was very disappointed in the bouquet I received from Artistic Flowers. I called and spoke with someone and I told her very specifically what I wanted. I asked for cream with very light pinks. When I arrived at the shop to collect my bouquet I was shocked to see a mostly LAVENDER bouquet with huge GREEN blooms right in the middle. At that point, it was too late for me to do anything about it and I had already paid for it over the phone. I would definitely not use this florist again.

I had to pay 90 dollars for flowers that are the size of my head (my head isnt so big) and called in to ask why and that I want my money back, and they said they will send someone to come pick it up the next day. They didnt come so I called again, they said they will come the next day...they didnt. Me, my sister and brother called again, now they wont pick up when we call... I will tell every single person I know not to shop from this place.

I could think of many words to describe Artistic Flowers. One word that quickly comes to mind is extraordinary. Their floral arrangements and event decorations are classy. They exceed my expectations every time. Ms. Blocker and her staff are also professional and punctual...you cant beat that! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service without frustration. A picture says a 1,000 words. Take a look for yourselves.
