Today was the first time I ordered flowers from this shop, since I live in Wisconsin I know nothing more than the basics about Naperville.. My special someone happens to currently be staying in Aurora and I needed a flower delivery fast! I called around 1:30pm and I asked if I could have them delivered before 3pm.. At first the nice lady (I believe it was joy) told me that was going to be a tough one.. I was disappointed for a few seconds until she told me she would ask the driver and get back at me.. In little less than two minutes she called me back and told me it was possible! Ecstatic, I thanked her for making it possible! The service was great and my fiancée loved the flowers! :) I would definitely buy from Joys again!

Flowers forgotten at her boyfriends home some 40 minutes away in rush hour traffic had a dad running to the florist for his little girl. With 30 minutes to go before they had to be ready for group pictures, the florist offered two corsages she had ready made. Neither worked with Toris dress. Seeing a fathers love for his daughter, the florist (Joy Flowers in Aurora) made one for him. The end result was beautiful and led to one of my favorite moments of the evening. When her boyfriends mom met them at the prom venue later on with his flowers, she opted to wear both - another one of my favorite moments! I cannot thank Joy Flowers enough for going above and beyond on what was undoubtedly a crazy, busy day for them!

Joys Flowers is my absolute favorite florist! I just moved to Aurora in November so I had to experiment for a while to find "the one." I will not order anywhere else... I have ordered from them 5-6 times in the past year and their flowers are by far the best. They come looking beautiful, and stay looking beautiful for much longer than any other flowers. They are always fresh, and you can tell they put time and effort into their arrangements. I previously ordered from online flower websites such as FTD and 1800flowers and they look like a 5 compared to Joys Flowers which look like an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Highly recommend!!!

I am very pleased with this flower shop. I live in Colorado and was unable to be with my mom for a surgery she was having, and ordered her flowers over the phone not knowing what to expect. I am thoroughly pleased with the beautiful bouquet they delivered to my mother. She loves purple flowers so I had only requested a purple bouquet without getting to see beforehand what it would look like and I am beyond pleased. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful display to cheer my mother up!

I have gone to Joy Flowers for the past two years to buy the ladies in my family a Christmas bouquet. Both years I have had nothing but positive results. The flowers were beautifully arranged and last forever! The customer service is great. My boyfriend doesnt get me flowers often but when he does he gets them from Joy Flowers and Im always impressed (with both the boyfriend and the arrangements :). Whether its roses, lilies or carnations the flowers are always top quality and look like works of art! Id definitely recommend this flower shop for any occasion.

They waited until after 5:00pm on a Friday to deliver my flowers. Not only do I get to pay for them, now they get to sit in a box all weekend and die. Good job guys. Stick with the big chain internet companies, it costs more but at least your flowers will be delivered during normal business hours.

After using places like ftd and 1800 flowers and constantly being disappointed I decided to give this place a try. Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, but the flowers looked great and lasted. I found my new florist and will be suggesting them to anyone who is looking for flowers.

I used this shop for my wedding this past June and order my flowers there from time to time. The arrangements are always beautiful. Even when I ask for a "just do whatever" arrangement, my expectations are always surpassed. And the owner is one of the nicest people youll ever meet.
