Mothers Day flowers sent by friend in Indy, thru a florist there. The delivery came in a vase, no paper, no box. There were 5 pink carnations, tinged with brown on the outter petals, fresh a week ago. There were several stems of peruvian lilies and some purple button mums. It was a nice arrangement, except for the carnations...and a $30 value which was what the order was for. I called my friend told him the story, asked what the flower value for the order was. $30 in flowers was ordered. He then called the florist he had delt with in Indy. Delivery man returns with a new delivery, but first they want the original delivery back. The 2nd delivery is 4 fresh carnations, 5 Mums, and pink dried filler in a glass vase. Very small and worth $10 max. I got 4 fresh carnations, and they used the remainder of the $30 for gas. If I had seen it first, I would have just grabbed the fresh carnations and given them the old ones out of the first arrangement. Very poor customer relations.
