I ordered what I was hoping would be a beautiful floral arrangement for my son and his wife in celebration of their first baby on Saturday. They were to be delivered that day. My son was at the hospital when the flowers were delivered so the arrangement was left at the neighbors home, but a note was left for my son telling him to call the florist on Monday (no mention of leaving the flowers at the neighbors). On Sunday, the neighbor noticed my son in the driveway and called him over to pick up the flowers. When my son got them home he noticed that they smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke; a result of being left with the neighbor, a heavy smoker, who kept the flowers overnight. When I called the florist on Monday to tell them how disappointed I was they said they would resend the flowers; which they did, but they sent a very small arrangement, not nearly worth what I paid. I would never use this florist again. I was disappointed that what I thought was going to be a pleasant surprise for my son became a bad joke.

I have ordered flowers from Chapel Hill Florists for the last 20ys, for all kinds of occasions .... they have never let me down on customer service and actual product! These ladies treat you w/the ut most respect, and you always are delighted w/ the arrangements they design. I have since moved to Rockford, my good friend had passed away, needed to send a beautiful arrangement.... i knwe what i wanted, explained it to them and its like they saw the picture in my head! i was so pleased w what they had designed!! I had called to order flowers and spoke with Linda who was extremely caring. I could tell she wasnt like the other florist I have dealt with in the past, she actually took time to help me figure out what I wanted to send to my brothers funeral. When I arrived at the funeral home, I was so amazed at how beutiful the arrangement was, more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Not only did they care personally during this hard time, but their quality on the floral arrangement was outstanding. Thank you so much!

Ive been buying flowers from Chapel Hill for years. Lets say theyre the best florist EVER!!! The quality of the flowers are amazing, the arrangements are absolutely gorgeous, and the owner is so sweet and nice!!! Last month they helped me with some arrangements for my moms memorial service... Lets just say that I didnt feel like any other customer. They were so loving and understanding. Highly recommend to everyone. Theyre the best!

Great Place to visit, very friendly and helpful staff, large selection of flowers. They have gone that extra mile every time I have used their service. They took care of my Fathers funeral flowers last week with the utmost care, and compassion. and they were absolutely gorgeous.
