The best cappuccino Ive ever had. Hands down. My order evolved over weeks of difficult refinement: making the transition from two to three shots, deciding if the health benefits of nonfat milk were worth it, and cutting the calories back to grande levels. But, after all the baristas in my area began to master this drink of mine, I entertained the idea to add flavoring. It was the most stressful but strangely exciting transition. I fell in love with the precise, sweet, and bitter, flavor my new, triple, nonfat, grande cappuccino with a *half pump* of sugar-free vanilla. One after another, my baristas were defeated by this drink. No one was able to topple that perfect mix of extra espresso and light milk, and I was left with failures. I was even given lattes... Until I came to this location. My barista brilliantly scribbled down the complex order as she smirked at the sight of such a masterpiece of a drink. I paid and shuffled over a table to await another disappointment. After agonizing seconds of waiting to watch my order flash across the baristas table, I heard my name spoken followed by my order. I snatched up my potential prize, took a sip, and a smirk stretched across my face. This was *my* drink. Nectar of the Gods was being experienced by my flavor nodes. They were ready for this moment. I immediately offered to share with my boyfriend, who ended up being unsatisfied. Regardless, this location spoiled me today. Thank you random Starbucks of I-64. You will always be *my* Starbucks.

This was the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever seen. There were puddles of milk all over the counter and none of the employees were doing anything to clean it. There were two other customers in the place. The employees were just standing around. I had also had to stand at the counter and wait to be noticed. Terrible service and dirty. Not what I was expecting.

Only Starbucks in Frankfort that makes my order right or fixes it and gives me the other drink free instead of tossing it. Made the mistake of drinking 2 ventis in one morning because of that. Drinks will definitely get you caffeine wired there. Pretty fast drive though.

They payed more attention drive up. I dont think it takes 3-4 employees to make one order of drinks. Then while just waiting to get our order taken (none had even said "hello one second please".) A girl was sweeping! You should never sweep when you have customs!

Staff has made my and several family members drinks wrong in the last few months. Service is slow, and mobile ordering is useless here. I waited over 20 minutes for a 4-9 minute mobile order after arriving in 10 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes to make a simple latte.

Traveling coast to coast, stepped in to pick up a latte for the ride. This barista just threw coffee and milk together and handed it to me with a smile. I was one of 7 people in the shop, and the only one in the line (she was not in any rush, just didnt care)

Not the best Starbucks. I overheard young lady drive thru order taker sighing impatiently, and I was ordering normally. That would ruin the experience for anyone. I wont forget this but still might return in a pinch.

I was in the drive-thru line for a while, but I dont know if that was because of the staff or because the person in front of me was being unreasonable. When I did receive my product, it was everything I wanted it to be.

We seem to be a regulars here. The staff usually knows what we want and are always fast and friendly. Very clean. Wifi is good. Location is great. The patio area is nice to have there as well.
