I went in looking for a great versatile bike in the $400-600 range. They steered me in the direction I wanted to go. Very knowledgable and helpful. I went to several bike stores before making a purchase at another bike shop. They fit me for size and gave me a couple pointers. They are serious about what they do and I respect that. However, I felt a little intimidated. The assembly price of $100 for my husbands bike (shipping home from another state where he works) is pretty steep compared to the two other bike shops I visited. We were also looking for a a shop we could use in the future for all of our needs I will most likely use the shop I felt most comfortable with. Dont get me wrong this team at Cycology are great and probably a perfect fit for serious cyclist just not for me who is just trying no to sit on the couch so much.

My rear derailleur was not shifting at all and needed a significant repair. I showed up at Cycology thirty minutes earlier than they open hoping to be the first one I the store and get it fixed and head out for my long ride. They opened the store for me right away, and fixed the derailleur quickly. I was on my ride in thirty minutes, and the derailleur worked perfectly. The team at Cycology has assisted me with some other bike repairs, including a frame replacement. They have always been polite and friendly. I have also bought carbon fiber wheels from them several helmets and other riding gear. All these purchases were based on lengthy discussions which helped me make informed decisions. Great group of people and good equipment.

Cycology Bike Shop in Hiram is doing everything right. I recently purchased a new touring bicycle from them based on their knowledge and willingness to offer a complete money back guarantee if I didn’t absolutely love the bike. They devoted time and effort to ensure that my new bike fit me properly, both before and after my purchase, and stayed late after closing on a busy day to deliver my bike fully assembled and adjusted. No other bike shop that I know of would go to such trouble to make sure that I was a happy customer. The proprietors, Mike and Ira, are both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Absolutely wonderful!!! I went in not knowing ANYTHING about road bikes and Ira took the time to talk me through it, and find a bike that matched my needs. I never felt pressured, but I ended up buying one that is not only awesome, but actually fits me perfectly! He even told me about local groups that go riding together and invited me to go. I am super excited about my switch from mntn to road bike. My husband took his mntn bike in at the same time and had them do some stuff, and it was VERY reasonably priced. I cant say good enough things. We just moved to the area and tried this place because of the reviews... So glad we did... They will get ALL our business from now on! :)

This is the go-to shop for the Cobb/Paulding area. From several visits I noticed they have a bit of everything to take care of anyone from new and entry-level riders to advanced, full-time cyclists and triathletes. Just ask Mike or Ira for anything you need from a tube change to nutrition advice to bike selection and fitting. As an experienced cyclist, I was impressed both by the level of knowledge provided by the staff as well as the friendly and inviting atmosphere which many other shops lack.

Ira was very helpful in explaining even the most basics around biking. As a first time bike purchaser, he helped me find the best bike for my needs. He was not pushy or salesy - just happy to answer questions and lead me to a good bike. I was impressed that I did not get pushed to the most expensive bike even if my budget could handle it. Riding the Silver Comet Trail on May 6th of this year, when I got a flat on my rear tire 12 miles into the ride. I was able to catch a ride back to the trailhead in Hiram with a Paulding deputy who was patroling the trail. He told me about Cycology and I went in there at 4:40pm. They jumped on my flat, and had me out the door by 4:55pm! They were very helpful, and with top notch service. If in the area again, I would gladly do business with them.

Wonderful customer service! I took my mountain bike in for a tune-up. I mostly ride it casually on the Silver Comet Trail and since it needed new tires anyway, they helped me pick out some hybrid tires that were a little more appropriate. I picked up my bike nice and clean and riding great. Everyone in there was extremely kind and professional.
