This store got me into biking. I started on a hybrid and later move to a road bike- both purchased at their store. I got the same helpful treatment when I bought my hybrid as I did when I bought my carbon road bike. I have never felt so taken care of. They are awesome, helpful and friendly. (Before I purchased my bike I went to a well-known place in Montgomery which was awful. No one took the time to even ask me if I needed help.) They answered all of my questions, but never pressured me into buying anything or something I did not want. Since I purchased a Madone last year I have become more and more serious about riding and continually go back for additional items and information. They are really professional. I got a professional fitting done and I am super comfortable on my bike. I was amazed at how they dialed me in and set up my bike for me. They offered classes on bike maintenance on Saturdays for free and have shop rides which I also started doing. Some of the fundraising rides- like the Breast Cancer Ride- last fall also introduced me to some new friends I ride with now. The customized and professional service is the best of all of the places in the local area I have visited. They are obviously dedicated to the brand and sell top notch stuff. If you want cheap stuff and poor service there are lots of other sub-par places to go. I wont consider going anywhere else. The store and staff are top notch.

Truly above all the rest so I am giving them 5 stars!!!!!!,I have been going to West Chester Trek store since they opened and can tell you that the service is among the best I have seen in the 42 years that I have been dealing with local and national chain shops. Trek has the best warranty in the business and any warranty issues I have had with any of my 5 Trek bikes they have gone out of their way to address directly with the manufacture. their sales staff is top rank and have fulfilled all my needs, if they do not have what I need in stock they will immediately order it with a very quick turnaround as well as calling me when it arrives. I cant say enough about how much they have done to make things happen, My cycling is paramount to my peace of mind and fitness and they make it better with their expertise and willingness to put forth the effort to make it easier to be on the bike instead of suffering thru lack of support. Excellent shop. It is a bike shop so by nature it is a laid back place. This does not mean that I do not expect nor receive good service when I go there. Trek bicycles offer a full range of bikes at many price points. If you want to compare them to throw away Chinese bikes at Wal-Mart coated in toxic paint then know you have apples & oranges in your quiver. Buy elsewhere if you want the cheapest and hence poorest quality bike. Like everything else in life, you get what you pay for. We have purchased 3 or 4 bikes at the West Chester store. Every purchase was a good experience. It is good to remember that they will take a bike they sold you back for trade in credit when buying a new bike. I always thought this was a cool policy and a smart way for them to stay connected with their consumers.

This is a nice store with some good gear. I found them to be a little pricey and unless you know exactly what you want, they arent the most helpful. Ive asked about the availability of an item and they said they werent sure, but would look it up and call me later. I never received the call. When I 1st started riding they sold me the wrong clips for my pedals, even after I showed them my pedal. If its a normal item and you know what you need, they are good, but this isnt the best shop around.

Ive bought two bikes and countless accessories and bike components in just over a year. No matter what I come in for - new bike, new parts/accessories, even having my bikes professionally fit to my body - I always feel that Im being helped my someone who genuinely cares and values my business. I cant say enough about how happy I continue to be with this bike shop. Id give it 6 stars if I could.

I took a bike to be fixed and explained repeatedly it was a gift for Fathers Day. Received a call the Saturday prior to Fathers Day from a woman stating that they did not have the proper parts she told me they had. No apology, no explanation about why it took days for her to call to tell me why they did not have the part. She spoke to me in a manner similar to a defiant teenager. AVOID!

Im not sure about this store I ordered a 14in tire for my babys bike I just bought him and they told me it would be there by Nov.9. Well now they say it should be there by Friday or Saturday. I have never shopped here before but when I am getting a gift for my son I try to have it done in a hurry because he tries to keep up with his bigger brother. Wish me luck!

Super impressed with this location. A friend of mine picked up a bike yesterday & I test rode a few with him, decided to come back today to pick the one I rode up, it was sold. However, Evonne made a solid effort to get me one up from NKY the VERY NEXT DAY in my size & paint scheme, 2018 Marlin 5. I Will be coming back for all my bicycling needs!
