When my husband and I picked up our glasses, we were greeted by Louisa who pulled our order and was trying to rush us through the adjustment process. She refused to listen to the issues with the fitting and after three tries, walked away stating she could not please me. Someone else did help us through the fitting, but Louisa should not be in the role of service, she is rude and not good at her job.

Luisa was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I just went back to get a new pair and asked for Luisa. The second experience was just as positive as the first. Customer service is average... not real clear on their pricing.... if I had not checked my reciept I would not have gotten the 40% that I was entitled to... kind of a so so attitude
