I love this place,my experience was very nice here..ordered my CL and they came in the next day...Dr Ip is still my doctor and love her to pieces...The front desk checks and verifies your insurance as a curtesy, its not their job and if your paying monthly for your insurance and you dont know your own policy then your the stupid incompetent one.

HORRIBLE !!!!! Doctors are good but the wait time is crazy long. They screw up your insurance and they just sit around talking and waking around. Been waiting for over 2 hours just for a half hour worth of test/doctor time. Get ready to spend $$ on either tickets/parking cause you wont be here for a short time.

Time wasted. The frontdesk clerks are very incompetent. Took a full 60 minutes for them to figure out my insurance, even after I had the insurance representative talk to them directly. Not to mention they charge 1.5x the regular prices -- If you have time and money to spare this is your place--

only support the vision house in harvard square. they have the best eyeglasses and service. they made my eyeglasses in 1 hour. huge designer selection. nice folks.
