I went here after buying an engagement ring at another jewelry store. My fiancé and I bought bands here. Thomas was our salesman and he was great. He changed the band slightly to match the ring and resized her band for free. There was a small problem where when my fiancé went in to pick up the rings, she was charged a fee. However, when we went in to talk to Thomas again he immediately returned the money and apologized for the inconvenience.

I went in to pick up my ring which had been repaired for the second time, however the stone was smaller and the prongs were larger than the original. Tyler and Jen went above and beyond to make an incredible experience out of an unfortunate mishap. I now have a gorgeous new ring that I adore, thanks to their outstanding service!

Had a ring that I purchased from there re-size. When they did this they had to re-do the engraving...not only did they get it wrong by mis-spelling it, the put intials in all lowercase lettering and it was a horrible engraving.
