I disagree with Fox below. My husband and I purchased a wedding set from Golden Eagle on January 31, 2012 to replace my original set that went down a garbage disposal five years ago. We bought a 1 carat 14K white gold set that cost $1,295.00 and received excellent service from the first sales lady I spoke with, the owner, his wife, and the guy that does the sizing. After going in and falling in love with set, they held the set for me at no cost until the next day when I came down with my husband to buy it. My set is gorgeous and is of much better quality than I have seen at the mall jewelry stores. I found a similar set on the Zales website of the same carat weight for $2,200 "on sale." The Zales set, however, did not have the millgrain detail that is in my set, which I really wanted was unable to find anywhere else below $2500. The center diamond is a solid diamond... not a quad made to look like a complete diamond like I saw in the mall stores. They sized the set for me for free, and had it ready within 45 minutes of me buying it. The owner also looked at a vintage ring I wear that belonged to my husbands grandmother and we found out that it is platinum and the diamonds are real. I was pleasantly surprised, and even though it is platinum, which is harder to size than gold, they sized it for me and had it ready when I picked up the set I purchased from them. They also cleaned it thoroughly, and polished up the platinum, making a 100 year old ring shine like it was brand new at no additonal cost. My husband and I will never go to another jewelry store again. I am now a Golden Eagle customer for life. The major thing to keep in mind is that this store employees JEWELERS, not simple sales people. They all walk around with loops in their pockets, know cuts, and they repair and size their jewelery on site. No young sales people who know nothing about rings and just read off of the tag. No sending off rings to be sized and repaired by someone else. This place is the real deal, and I felt like a star customer even though I spent under $2,000 in the store. Another note: we learned that the owner is a military veteran of 27 years and got started in the jewelry and metal business by collecting rare coins. When my husband pulled out our USAA debit card, the owner thanked my husband for his service and told the sizer to take care of us and give us anything we wanted. So we had our sizing done in 45 minutes, found out info about grandmothers ring, got back a 100 year old ring that looked new again, bought a wedding set that looks much more expensive than what I paid and could easily go for $1000-$1500 more at another store, and a free container of cleaner to keep my beautiful diamond rings looking awesome. I could not be more pleased!

I will never again go to this jeweler. I went there to have my engagement ring sized. When we got it back, we noticed that the width of the band was a lot thinner than it was when we dropped it off. We brought it back up there and asked the jeweler about it. He basically told us we were lying. We showed him the wedding band (which was a set and the same width as the engagement ring) and he just said that we were wrong and he wouldnt do anything about it. Also, after we asked him about it, he made it a point to tell us that he could not size my wedding band for me. That right there shows me he knew what he did and was trying to cover it up. Needless to say, we left and ended up getting my wedding band sized at Mckenzie and Smiley. Golden Eagle has lost my business and I will never be returning for any service. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to many jewelers around the world in my travels. I have tried to get custom work done, and have found myself quite particular of the quality of craftsmanship. I have found the one place I am confident in with Golden Eagle Jewelers. They can make you anything custom you can imagine. Mr and Mrs G are the most helpful and can put your ideas into a final product you will be amazed with. I recommend anyone wanting to get the best service and customer satisfaction go to Golden Eagle. You will be taken care of and you will be amazed with the attention they give to your every detail. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. These folks are the real deal, they are the best in the business I have ever seen. For selection, service, knowledge and price- they are the best.

Me an my fiancé had been to several jewlers in the area an had so many problems with the quality of the diamond an getting what we wanted, I went here an fell in love! I got exactly what I wanted, they worked very hard an very long with me (im super picky) the quality is outstanding I went in picked my ring an they had it ready for me in 2 days (they had to order a larger prong)! I will never go to another jewler again! Amazing people, an amazing service!

Great prices! Exceptionally kind, helpful, and patient staff. A rare jewel of jewelry stores. I found a rare, expensive ring at a great price. It would have been thousands more anywhere else. I looked for months for the perfect ring and found it here. They do custom jewelry, can order jewelry for you, or they also have estate pieces. I was not disappointed.

I couldnt imagine going anywhere else in Clarksville to get my wedding set. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact ring that I wanted. I never had any issue with the staff they were all willing to help. I cant thank them enough for all the help they gave me.

They have some of the greatest variety of jewelry in Clarksville, with some very exotic pieces, but the owner always came out as a bit arrogant and snob, as if youre not worth his time if you are not going to spend $10000 at his store.
