Bought expensive watch for husbands birthday. Asked all information about return. Woman did not mention anything about what I needed to Bring if I needed to return it. No box, receipt nothing "if he doesnt like it just bring it back and we will exchange it we dont give refunds but you can pick something else". The watch died 3 weeks of wearing it. When I took it back for exchange, I was told I had to have the box. would not make the exchange without the box. was a gift, who keeps a watch box? Came home tore the house apart looking for this box. No box. Out 140 dollars +tax for a watch that does not work. One thing they should do...full disclosure of return policy. Stay away from this store. Will be so nice for you to buy things until you have problems. Then its your fat and their feet dont touch the floor. Think they are better than you. Snotty old lady, not pooches but another one. Run away if you think about going there.

One of the worst experiences ever!! My fiance and I went in to get my engagement ring resized. When we got in they took my measurements and then asked me if I wanted to open up a registry at their store. Even after we told them we had already registered at Target and all of our guests live in Nashville, they rudely insisted. Out of politeness we took a look around the store. The woman basically harassed us as we looked around, hovering over us and pointing out this and that. When are people going to learn that that deters customers more than making them want to buy something? They only good thing I have to say is that they did a good job resizing the ring, but we will never return.

I absolutely love this store and the staff of beautiful ladies were so very helpful. The jewelry is just beautiful and the prices are reasonable. I am so thankful that they will be open Christmas Eve because i have several purchases to make last minute. Thank you ladies for being so patient and so helpful with me always... x

i do not like the way they repair my brasalet i toll them the way i wanted , and even by phone they make the comfirmation , and when i pick it up they did comple it wrong and guees what i still have to pay fo it because is gold and they can not melt it back again is bull sh....t
