Superior customer service! I have visited and purchased merchandise at the Omega Boutique at Plaza Frontenac numerous times as I am a big Omega Watch Enthusiast. Hercules is very knowledgable about his products and always super friendly. He also keeps me up to date on the latest promotions and invites me to special events at the Omega Store via email. Every time I stop by, I see a new style of an Omega watch that I consider purchasing.
